Rating + 1 Terrible Service

Ordered a couple of printers over a month ago and have received nothing. Tracking number didn't work. Emailed company and they told me that there was a missing suite/apt. number. I've ordered a TON of items to my home that have come FedEx and this is the first time I've been told this. It has now been 2 weeks since I was told this and have received no update since I responded. I emailed them to cancel the order and again, no response. Will not order anything from easyway again.

And we just checked that you have ordered the item twice in our shop. The other order number is 281017278, which is not delivered to you because of some problems. You may be angry about the other order which is not delivered to you soon, then we can understand that you just left these two order feedback for us. We are really sorry for this. Rating + 1 Just waiting!

I ordered a few printers over a month ago. No update. Only thing I've received was a message saying they were missing a suite number in the address. I don't have a suite number as it is a residential address. I have received no correspondence other than that. Very frustrating and definitely the last time I'll be ordering from them.

We hope you can understand that the package would return to seller after 30 days if the pacakge can not process to send. Then we just know it after you send us the message. Then we also contact the logistics company immediately and know that your address is can not forward to deliver. We also tried our best to solve this problem for you. But after ordering Wednesday night, i received my thermal paste via USPS on Monday. Issued tracking number worked and no issues were experienced.

Tracking number does not work, not a very good start. It's been 2 weeks since order, it seems like the seller is avoiding returns/refunds by shipping the package out extremely late. I will NOT be using Easyway, ever again.

Rating + 2 Ehh......

Shipping takes forever especially when I live about 1 state away. I really recommend to read the reviews before buying from this seller. I should've done that :/. Also, try finding this product at your local electronics store. If there are no other choices to buy from, come buy here but it will take quite a while to ship and receive the item.

Ordered Silver paste. It arrived quickly by the first day of the estimated delivery. Tracking number, however, did not work at all (could be USPS fail, or incorrect number). Even so, seller sent package safely and on time! :) Recommended.

Rating + 1 Where is my stuff?

Ordered a tube of Arctic Silver 5 on 1/3/15 and its 1/12/15 and I still don't have it. The tracking # does not work. I ordered it with another item and got that here in 2 days from newegg...even with the super saver shipping. I didn't realize the seller wasn't newegg until after the order was placed...big mistake. Don't order from this seller!
