Rating + 1 Do not use this seller ever for any reason

Ordered a headset from this seller back in early December of 2015. The tracking information they sent me was a bogus number that was not connected to any shipping order. After contacting Newegg after the 25th of December (when no headset had arrived), we requested the tracking information on the product to be sent to myself and the Newegg agent, and a month later they have never responded or sent the headset. Currently working with Newegg to just get a refund since nothing was ever sent as a result of the sale.

If you want to throw your money away, a toilet will be more entertaining and less disappointing.

Rating + 1 No product or contact from reseller after 30 days

After over 2 weeks of no product delivery and no status update on shipping information the product was "allegedly" delivered successfully within 2. Got ahold of Newegg support on Christmas, who told me that I'd be contacted by the reseller within 48 hours. It's been 5 days (3 business days).

I still need a refund.

My current opinion is to avoid this reseller.

I ended up ordering the wrong item, so I contacted Easyway. They responded the next day to assist me in returning and providing a full refund. Great service!

EasyWay's return policy says "Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense". Sounds like they expect us to share costs for their mistakes. Fortunately, NewEgg is handling the return shipping.

Seller received funds for a product to be delivered by 3-Day Express, Seller never shipped product, did not post of any related issues, and Seller does not have any avenues to receive notifications by any means other than eMail that there is an issue that needs to be resolved. Project delayed while attempting to find a suitable replacement.

Rating + 1 Still Have Not Recieved...

The item has shipped on Sept, 23rd so it says. It says to wait 8-15 Days. So I have been waiting patiently. But i honestly have no clue when my item will even show up as the Tracking # does not actually have anything on it. No date of when it shipped or when it is even expected, it's completely blank. I am still waiting for my item and it is Oct 15th. I have been optimistic as maybe giving it another day as it maybe be here. But i finally received an email about how my experience is. So I decided to give my full and honest opinion. I currently stand with my rating until my item is received. I will then change my review to be suited to my experiences.

Rating + 1 Terrible Service

Ordered a couple of printers over a month ago and have received nothing. Tracking number didn't work. Emailed company and they told me that there was a missing suite/apt. number. I've ordered a TON of items to my home that have come FedEx and this is the first time I've been told this. It has now been 2 weeks since I was told this and have received no update since I responded. I emailed them to cancel the order and again, no response. Will not order anything from easyway again.

We have checked the pacakge status and found your pacakge has been delivered to your place after you ordered the item one week later. And we just checked that you have ordered the item twice in our shop. The other order number is 281017278, which is not delivered to you because of some problems. You may be angry about the other order which is not delivered to you soon, then we can understand that you just left these two order feedback for us. We are really sorry for this. Rating + 1 Just waiting!

I ordered a few printers over a month ago. No update. Only thing I've received was a message saying they were missing a suite number in the address. I don't have a suite number as it is a residential address. I have received no correspondence other than that. Very frustrating and definitely the last time I'll be ordering from them.

We hope you can understand that the package would return to seller after 30 days if the pacakge can not process to send. Then we just know it after you send us the message. Then we also contact the logistics company immediately and know that your address is can not forward to deliver. We also tried our best to solve this problem for you. But after ordering Wednesday night, i received my thermal paste via USPS on Monday. Issued tracking number worked and no issues were experienced.

RMA Policy
    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product.     6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
