It has been one month and this item has not arrived. I have received items purchased off of the common auction site two weeks latter, from China, one week ago. This seller should be removed from the marketplace.

Rating + 1 Wrong item shipped! Not the right item for the RedMi Note 2. Newegg will not give you the full refunded also!

The batter shipped is BM42 which is NOT for Note2. Note 2 requires BM45. If you return it, Newegg will not give you full refund.

Rating + 5 Do your research before you blast a Company

This company is based out of China so NEWS FLASH! It's going to take a little more time to get your product. I researched the company before I ordered, found out where they were located so had the expectation that the items I ordered would take a little extra time to get here. Both of my items that I ordered were exactly as pictured and described and both items work properly. I would definitely order from this company again if they have items I am looking for.

It took geekbuying a full week just to put my product into a box...and who knows when it will get here. No decent tracking info available! I've learned, and I would never buy from them again.
Seller Response:We used expedited delivery service so the delivery only used 6 days from China, the collection of the product took a little long but it arrived in time, you understanding will be much appreciated.

Email replies were basically standardized copy/pasted messages, they didn't ship my item for 9 days and then I had to wait 14 more days for it to get here. Let put that into words... I had to wait over 23 days for it to get here... Terrible.. Absolutely Terrible... Don't order from here unless you're planning on taking a one month vacation while waiting on it...
Seller Response:We are sorry for the delay but this issue was an accident. We had the item that your ordered at first but after doing quality control, we found it defective and what was worse, it was out of our stock so we had to purchase it again from the manufacturer which took some days more to ship it to you.
We won't ship a defective item to you. It's our policy to take responsibilty for every order. Your understanding will be much appreciated.

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
