While in the final steps of ordering I ended up creating a double order. Even though Stereo Advantage had not received the orders yet they confirmed a correction to the order by phone and email.

Had to return in-wall speakers because I measured incorrectly. Process went well, received my refund. Very happy, would do business with them again.

Rating + 1 Stereo Advantage horrible service

They didn't answer my emails, they had the wrong 800 number - I had to call their store. Almost had to start a credit card dispute. Horrible customer service. Can't be trusted. I'm shocked that Newegg lets them in the Marketplace. I'd like to give them zero eggs - their manager needs to get them some customer service lessons

Rating + 4 Half right, but.. (update)

Since I cant update my origional review; I finally received a reply regarding my issue. The customer representative explained the confusion and was quick to ship out my second speaker. I didn't expect it so soon, 2 day versus the 7 day shipping from the original purchase. It made it just in time for the holidays. I commend the seller on this behalf. I would have given 5 Eggs but with the initial confusion and difficulty to reach someone drops it by 1 Egg in my book. Unfortunately I cannot edit my original post so the seller's rating is skewed. Hopefully the seller can get those issues sorted out before I purchase from them again.

Rating + 1 No response on damaged goods

Would not even give one star. Took forever to get UPS return label. Now they have had the goods since 12/5 and no response and no reply to messages left. I want my $ back. I need a response within 48 hours or I will be forced to allow my bank to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs under Deceptive Trade Practices. Please and Thank you - my preference is a refund although originally asked for replacement. My experience with this has changed my mind about doing business with this seller.

Rating + 1 Half right, but..

After purchasing two each Klipsch RS-42 II surrounds, only one arrived on my doorstep 6 days later. Now if both arrived, this wouldn't be an issue. The issue comes from lack of customer support. I've phoned their office three times and emailed once trying to get a hold of someone behind a desk. I've used the 800# provided by Newegg, and I went to their Facebook and used that number. The number off of FB took me to a person who told me the guy wasn't there that handled NE purchases. Hmm, now I'm starting to get upset. He transferred me to his desk and I left a calm message. That was on the 20th. I understand that it is close to Xmas, but I want the piece of mind knowing my second speaker is on the way. So my advise to any would be purchaser's, don't order any more than 1 item at a time from these guys because you wont get it. Split up your orders and prepare for the runaround game if you try to contact them. You have been warned. I may update this once I finally speak to someone.

RMA Policy
    Unopened Product: If the product is unopened you may request an RA number within 14 days of delivery receipt. With a valid RA number you can return the product for and exchange or refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for all shipping charges including original freight charges. Orders with "Free Shipping" will be charged for the original freight at a rate of $6.99 per item plus $0.50 per pound except on Televisions 42" and above. Televisions 42" and above ship with an LTL Carrier and these rates are significantly more. These returns will be billed the original freight charged by the carrier, on average, $125.00. These fees are charged in order to keep item prices consistently low and are based on the actual cost of shipping.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
