Piece of Junk, broken out of the box. Problem broken before it left the factory. It's great for spinning in circles but with only one counter-rotating Rotor functioning it'll never fly.

Rating + 1 DONT'T buy from this seller. beware

I ordered a helicopter from them. It shipped very quickly, I was excited bc it was a present for my son. However after charging it, I realized how bad it was. The rudder was broken so all it would do is go up and down also the remote controller was broken so either it was full speed or nothing at all. I contacted the seller several times with no response not even a dam email. I also contacted new egg. But also no response. I have shoped at New egg for years and never had this problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER THERE PRODUCT IS AS BAD AS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Purchased headset, tracking number took 9 days to show activity, then went all over SE US. Live in Fl, came here, went to GA, currently in IL! Emailed Gear4U, no response after several tries. Tried calling, but per person who answered,said "Danny" doesn't take calls, and he is the only one who can help me. This will be my first, and last experience with Gear4U. I woundn't even mind the lack of customer care if the product had been received! NewEgg is checking into it, can't believe they do business with someone like this, not their style!

Rating + 1 Item not received, no reply from seller

The tracking number I was given never was found on the carrier's website, and two weeks later I still have yet to receive the item I ordered. Seller does not reply to any emails. It was a cheap pair of headphones but newegg should have more strict guidlines about 3rd party sellers.

In reading two of the three reviews available I see I'm not the only one with "helicopter problems". Ordered 9/25. received 9/30, requested RMA on 10/04--Nearly two weeks later and still no response! It's not so much the money-it's just a lousy way to do business!

Rating + 1 Stay away from this seller

Bought a helicopter for my son. He was so excited to have it, but the helicopter I received was obviously defective. Would appear to charge, but won't even start. Emailed seller twice weeks ago for an RMA. No response whatsoever. What a scam. Unless you want to throw away your money, look somewhere else.

That was the Worst Order I ever Bought from New egg, They Lasted about 30 min .And they Wont even come on, U couldnt control them .. As far as that goes that was a $ 100.00 that I Gave to New Egg .

Rating + 3 These helicopters don't work

Lwr blade doesn't spin. After sending RMA request a couple of times I contacted the company.Spoke with owner and he explained they have had a batch of these helicopters with the same problem. His staff person who was handling the RMA's in another office had quit and he was handling it. I wanted to get another one, he didnt recommend it ,because he thought they all were probably bad. He was refunding my money and told me they were getting a new shipment in November of an upgraded Helicopter that had no problems.The owner seemed very genuine in his explanation to me.I would give them a five rating after talking to them but the copter still didnt work.

Emailed the seller last week to request an RMA since the device does not work (not broken, just will not fly!)
Still waiting for a reply from seller or Newegg--guess I will just wind up eating this one but will not make the same mistake again!
