Rating + 1 Broken products

The 15 cisco IP phones that I purchased were mostly broken and scratched. The condition of the phones were terrible. Most of them could not even stand on their own. We needed to put a screw under the stand to keep the phone up. Packing of the phones was an issue as well. There was no effort on the sellers behalf put into my order. I will not be ordering from this seller again.
Seller Response:Hi Joe , we are so sorry about that , but why didnt you contact us at least and let us know about your order , we were confused a customer who purchased 15 refurbished phones and you described it as you did , and never contact us about it its a question mark ? or even ask for a return ?

Rating + 1 Poor handling of defective camera.

Shipped me a defective webcam and would not pay for return shipping or give me any useful advice by phone. Email responses seemed as though they weren't reading my short emails. My credit card company claims that selling me a defective device likely violated an implied warranty of merchantability and that I would likely prevail in a chargeback. Thankfully, I won't have to find out because Logitech has offered to replace the webcam with no shipping charges to me. One important lesson is to call logitech business support (the webcam was a business product) at 1-866-640-5644. This was far more useful than the number newegg gave me (for logitech consumer support, with 45 minute hold times) or trying to contact ATHQ or newegg.

Don't order from these guys. I ordered on 10/7 and today is 10/21. I never received the item. Now I have to find their contact information from newegg and get my money back or product delivered to me. They posted up a dead invalid link for shipping and marked it as shipped. What cons..

I got defective item, I bought Cisco SPA 525G2 5-Line IP Phone with Color Display, PoE, 802.11g, Bluetooth, Mobile Link and SPEKER phone not working on the device.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days

  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

    All returns must meet all of the following requirements:
    1. Items must be returned in the condition they were received including all original packaging and accessories.
    2. Items must ship in a packing box. Do not attached labels to original product packaging as this will change the condition of the item.
    3. Items must be returned within Neweggs 30 day return time frame.
    4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs regardless of the reason of return.

    Items that are defective can be returned for a full refund. Once the defective item arrives at our facility it will be tested by our certified technicians to ensure the item is indeed defective. Once the item is confirmed defective a full refund will be processed. Items that are retuned as “defective” but are not actually defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and cost of original shipping. Return Instruction
