They sold us stolen Ipad's that we could not activate at T-Mobile since they were bought and not paid for. It's been 3 Months and we are still waiting on a Refund. HORRIBLE SELLER, Save your money and find someone else. Terrible way to do business.
Seller Response:Customer was sent two brand new ipads. After a month of using them, the customer returned the ipads and refunds were issued.

I ordered an Ipad mini 3 on Sunday, July 5th and received it on Wednesday, July 8th. I was very impressed with the shipping, it was shipped USPS 2 day priority and was insured. (this package had to come from the west coast to the east coast. The Ipad arrived safely, timely and was exactly as described. Very impressed with this overall experience. Would recommend this seller and would buy from again.

Rating + 1 Do not Use the Seller DOA

This seller is terrible. No communication if you have a problem. Company will only communicate by email and never the same day. My Ipad was dead when I got it and they just told me after a week to contact Apple. Still have no solution after 3 weeks. I guess there plan is to just ignore the problem until the 30 days run out. I am a computer tech by profession and deal with many companies. This one is the worst. If you just have to much money and love headaches use this company.

I purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 from Always Innovating for my wife for Christmas. The item was shipped next day and received in excellent condition. Throughout the process I had a question and emailed the company and received a response in a very timely manor. I would recommend and buy from this company again.

RMA Policy
    Customer may return item within 30 days as long as it is still brand new and factory sealed. Orders subject to restocking fee. All items come with manufacturer warranty.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
