I puchased an incubator that in two weeks stopped working and seller responded within 24 hours and sent out a replacement that same day. This is want a good seller does for their customers. Great job!

I ordered 2 50 / 60 dollar bulbs from these guys. The box came to my door like someone sat on it.. no side of the box was not crushed in. While i blame UPS for that, the bulbs themselves were barely protected.. For a fragile glass object they should have had foam or bubble package.. instead there was just a piece of paper to prevent them from moving around - that offers no impact protection at all.

    Roxies Pet Den Returns and Adjustment Policy A)Shortages, Damages or Wrong Item Shipped All must be reported within 30 days of invoice for full credit. Shortage/Wrong item shipped If a consumer receives a shipment with an item missing or an incorrect item shipped, Roxies Pet Den will re-ship the correct or missing item prepaid. Defective or concealed damage If an item is defective or has concealed damage when received (no visible damage to the outer shipping box) notify Roxies Pet Den with an explanation of the issue. Roxies Pet Den will determine, based on Manufacturer guidelines, whether the item needs to be returned to Roxies Pet Den. Roxies Pet Den will reship prepaid freight at the consumers request. B)Return to stock items All product returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, clean and without signs of use within 30 days of invoice for full credit, less shipping charges. Product returned that is not in resalable condition or the packaging is damaged or missing, will not be eligible for credit. A Product Return form is included with every shipment that leaves Roxies Pet Den and must be completed and sent back with any returns from the consumer, detailing why the item(s) are being returned, invoice number and PO number. It is the consumers responsibility to pay freight for items being returned.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
