Rating + 1 Terrible customer service

I purchased a dog gate from this vendor and recieved it broken and missing pieces. I've contacted the seller multiple times by phone and email to return and they have still yet to respond back to me on how I'm supposed to return it. Worst customer service I've ever recieved from a newegg vendor.

Rating + 1 Do NOT Buy from 123Stores

I ordered a monitor from the NewEgg marketplace and the wrong item was shipped. I contacted NewEgg Customer Service for a replacement and was told that I needed to contact the seller directly for prompt service (thanks NewEgg). I have called 123Stores several times; the line goes directly to a voicemail that states that "call volume is high", and to "please leave a message". I have done so several times with no return call. My impression is that 123Stores is a one or two man operation with no customer service. NewEgg has not been very helpful either. I have been shuffled from one person to another, and am now told that I will need to wait up to 7 business days for NewEgg to investigate my purchase, etc. The requirements to sell in the NewEgg marketplace must be extraordinarily low given my experience. I will certainly avoid 123Stores, and most likely NewEgg in the future... I suggest you do the same.

Rating + 5 Bulls Eye!!!! Great and speechless

First of all, the product was exactly what I was looking for. I just had a total knee replacement and my home physical therapist would bring the peddle exerciser with him till last Friday at our last session.
I submitted the order at 1145 am Thur and it was at my doorstep 4 pm Friday!!!
Yes!! I had the item before my charge cleared the bank.
Not every company or item that 123Stores sells will be this unique with a standard shipping. What was important to me was cost, finding the same product a professional therapy company uses.
I use to wonder who should be so foolish getting a set of bike peddles and actually sit at home and use it. Ironically this is not covered by health insurance and has been the most beneficial in my recovery.
But back to the company review, if you don't know what your buying, don't blame the company. 123Stores was A+ in sales transaction.

Ordered bar stools that were advertised as a set of two from a re-seller know as 123 stores.
Received one very quickly however never received the second one. After two calls and emails, I received a response that the advertisement was incorrect and removed them from the Newegg website with no responsibility for their mistake. In other words I pay for their mistake?
Keep in mind that Drea at Newegg has been very courteous, kind and supportive to this point. If I was the reseller and I have been one, I would have went out of my way and sent the other chair out at a loss to save my reputation as a seller which would cost me more in the long run with negative reviews like this one. I would make sure I proof read my advertisement wording much better next time. LESSON LEARNED!
