Rating + 3 Good seller, but equipment slightly damaged

Unfortunately the equipment arrived slightly damaged. It seemed packaged well, so I don't think it occurred in shipment.

I put together the unit this past weekend. I discovered that the long metal selector bar--the part that is used to adjust the space between stands--was bend on one side. This prohibited it from entering one of the stands with the given plastic protection cap. I had to remove the cap to allow the bar to slide into the stand, but it is not a solution as it's metal on metal.

Effectively, I'm limited to selecting the space on only one side of the squat stand, which is disappointing.

I thought I was ordering a 3 piece table set and received a chair. Customer service lacked on both newegg and the seller. Spent over an hour on the phone saying they are not responsible for false advertisement of the item I purchased and would take a couple weeks to get my money back. Newegg didn't seem to care when I told them I wouldn't shop with them again because of the customer service I got.

Rating + 5 Great indoor smoker for me.

Didn't know this existed (had only seen them for gas stoves.) Used it with a fish fillet and the result was great! I only added salt to the fish and it came out with a wonderful smoky flavor and very moist. Much better than just frying. It's a great product, reasonable price, and delivered intact in a reasonable time. Thanks Newegg!!!

Rating + 1 Item description incorrect.

The item I received did not match the manufacturer's specifications for the part # provided. When I asked to return it they would only accept it if I paid the return shipping. Fortunately Newegg intervened and covered the shipping and got me a full refund for the item.
Seller Response:Customer got the product he had ordered. I such cases where in the customer still wants to return the item without any defect with it, this is considered to be a Remorse Case and hence as per our policy mentioned on the portal as well, customer has to bear the cost of shipping the item back. A complete refund was provided to the customer and the shipping was not our concern. This feedback is something which we would like to challenge.

Return Instruction
