I ordered a patio door doggie door panel. I assumed that my door was a standard height. Turns out I needed what the manufacturer refers to as a "shorty," my frame and door is about 2 inches too short. There were NO instructions on taking measurements before ordering. 123Stores said it was MY fault for ordering the wrong item and I would have to pay for return shipping PLUS a 15% restock fee. I am absolutely disappointed in Newegg for partnering with a company that is not willing to fully stand behind a product. I have bought a decent amount of electronics from Newegg and been very satisfied. After this experience, I don't think I'll be doing anymore business with Newegg.

My package arrived in stated time, no issues with anything. This dehumidifier is awesome. I have an extremely wet basement and now it is dry.

Hi: Some worrying reviews here. I ordered a dehumidifier. The only disadvantage I could find is they seemed to have updated the free shipping info after it left the warehouse. So after 2 days or so it was marked as not even processed. Day three it was marked as shipped and I got it that evening. As far as my order went, all was great! Thank you 123Stores for low prices!

The seller had a great price on the toolkit I ordered and shipped the package rather quickly. Sadly the quality of the tools I ordered were not of five egg quality. I give the toolkit 3.5 eggs.

Rating + 1 Ships broken hardware, drags feet to make it right


I ordered a portable A/C unit from 123Stores and the overall experience has been just awful. It arrived after over a week in transit and then had been dropped and repackaged when I opened it. For a $500 machine purchased new, I'm very disappointed. Their customer service did not help the situation. It took them three days to figure out how to receive the photos of the damage and I had the send the email three separate times (newegg received them just fine initially). I had to get newegg, UPS, and my credit card company involved just to get a refund for the damaged unit that they still have not refunded me or come to pick up the damaged machine. Very dissatisfied, Newegg can do better in its seller selection. Still very happy with Newegg customer service, but 123Stores can take a hike. They've left me for weeks with no A/C and have yet to offer a solution

After reading some of the reviews about this seller I was a bit skeptical about ordering from them, especially the large item I wanted. I placed an order for a 65 lbs. convection oven, which included free shipping at around noon on 6-4-2015. The item was on my doorstep at 1:00pm on 6-5-2015. I am very pleased with this transaction. Thank you.

Rating + 1 don't deserve a single egg

this company is terrible do not buy. got a defective product, 3 months dozens of emails and phone calls and still no rma, no label. newegg has not helped at all either as they keep saying "its a third party vendor". an almost $200 item that I had to do a charge back on my credit card to get a refund and my credit card company can't reach them either. how in the world is this company on newegg? newegg normally has excellent customer service but not this time.

Rating + 1 slow to respond

The items that I bought were slow in being shipped. Then when that were shipped it didn't make it to me before it was damaged in shipment. At that point FedEx indicated that they were following the shippers instruction. I was not notified of anything. As I kept tracking the shipment it went back to the shipper. I attempted on several occasions to contact 123Stores but only got voice main and they never called me back until I complained through Newegg. It was returned to the shipper on 4 May and now after 9 days I still do not have tracking information on the new shipment.

I purchased the Luxor cart through Newegg and trying to deal with 123Stores is impossible. The merchandise is damaged and I have sent them pictures three times and they say they are not getting the pictures and I need to contact you. I will think twice before placing another order with Newegg. I should be dealing with you - not them - they can barely speak English.
