I'll start by saying that I think the messaging with the Marketplace Sellers is broken. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I can't see any other reason besides POOR SERVICE as to why the seller would ignore my message from April 7th (and as of 4/26 has still not responded to me). When you look up the process for an RMA and follow it, you have an expectation of a response. Because I did not get a response, I contacted Newegg for help. Newegg fabricated a story about me not receiving the item, which the seller points out that I asked for an RMA and said the item was dead, so no, they did receive the item. I have maintained in all my emails to Newegg that I got a DOA product and am happy with a refund or replacement. So 20 days in and I don't have the product and am out the money, with simply a promise that we might get a plan for resolution in 2-3 business days.

Several years of happy shopping at Newegg, but this experience has me considering a different online store. Certainly NOT buying from any Newegg Marketplace Sellers ever again.

I bought a Raspberry Pi 3 model B 6 days ago, and it it still in it's original state of New York. Usually when i buy from Newegg i get my product 1 week to the day (if not a day early), but this seller's shipping is aweful. Like i said, i bought the item 6 days ago and they didn't even start the shipping process until yesterday. I don't know the quality of the item because of course i haven't gotten it yet, but i am VERY regretful of this purchase already. Would not recommend this seller.

Ordered Samsung 840 ssd drive on 3/2/15 and will be delivered tomorrow 03/11/15. They did not ship it for two days. They shipped it via fed ex who transfers it to usps. Over a week going from NJ to MS.

Ok so first off, the product I got was a Samung 840 EVO. Not only did it take forever to get to me with little to no updates on tracking. It was shipped to the wrong address. I have yet to receive this product due to me working the same time the Post Office is open

I ordered 2 android G-box units and only received 1. I contacted newegg and hotspot by phone and email to resolve the problem. I'm was waiting for some kind of response but got none. So... I ordered another unit from another company. I'll be contacting my crediot card company to be reimbursed for the unit I didn't recieve.

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
