While Newegg is really good on sending orders, this product from Smay is sent from China. It was ordered on 29 Aug 2016, and shipped from the facility on 20 September. It is now 28 Sept and I have not seen an update since 1 Sept (fortunately it had a tracking number). I have RECEIVED shipments from European and Southeast Asian countries in two to three weeks max.
I will continue to use Newegg in the future, though I will be certain to avoid anything that indicates shipment from overseas. The lack of order status from Newegg is annoying and unacceptable.

Placed the order but wanted to cancel. Not fast enough. Item shipped from China third party merchant. No way to contact. Initially given a broken tracking number. Item arrived. Set up RMA with Newegg. Given email with wrong return address when compared to one obtained through my customer service/account on the web. Emailed NewEgg and haven't heard back. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

The parts arrived but 3 weeks after my order. Newegg should be more careful about sliding these outside vendors in. I assumed I would receive the same prompt delivery I get from Newegg but 3 weeks later I received my components.

I still have not received my order which was ordered 12/8 and am going to order from another company. Newegg has always been my first stop for my computer needs and should reconsider using this company and having them tarnish their reputation.

they lost my package on the return, i followed their instructions meticulously for returns. I am now out the price of the defective item and the cost of two shippings. i am deleting my account with newegg because of this

Bought this product and the excellent folks at Smays sent it from China to San Francisco in just two days where it then say for eight days before being sent on to me! They are great our USPS not so much.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
