The parts arrived but 3 weeks after my order. Newegg should be more careful about sliding these outside vendors in. I assumed I would receive the same prompt delivery I get from Newegg but 3 weeks later I received my components.

I still have not received my order which was ordered 12/8 and am going to order from another company. Newegg has always been my first stop for my computer needs and should reconsider using this company and having them tarnish their reputation.

they lost my package on the return, i followed their instructions meticulously for returns. I am now out the price of the defective item and the cost of two shippings. i am deleting my account with newegg because of this

Bought this product and the excellent folks at Smays sent it from China to San Francisco in just two days where it then say for eight days before being sent on to me! They are great our USPS not so much.

Rating + 1 Poor Quality of Business

I ordered an item from this company. I received an email stating that it shipped on the 25th of September. I was given a tracking number for USPS that is INVALID. I actually called USPS, gave them the number I was given and was told that it is not a number that THEY are tracking. I also paid the fee for 2 day shipping. Here it is the 4th of October and still no product or any other information to tell me otherwise. VERY disappointed in this transaction. I now understand the low ratings for this supplier.

Rating + 2 Slack seller.

Ok, my first review of Smays was 1-star, because my item never arrived and Smays did not respond to e-mails or calls. It finally arrived 1 month after I ordered it and Smays gave a lame excuse that it was the Chinese New Year and the entire country was shut down. Now he's begging me to remove the 1-star, so I will now give him 2 out of pure mercy. But save yourself lots of headaches and don't order his stuff, because I sure won't be using him again.

I never received anything. They are fake.
Read the other reviews... because nobody else ever received anything either.
