Rating + 1 Poor business practice.

Seller shipped defective product. Upon notifying them, seller informs me a new one would be sent right away, and even provided a tracking number. However, even now, 13 days later, USPS maintains the product never shipped. Poor seller, poor service, defective products. Would NOT recommend using this merchant.
NewEgg needs to remove sellers like this from the marketplace ASAP. In the meantime, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Power Supply was DOA upon arrival. Requested RMA more that 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. Very poor company. Recommend Newegg remove them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered product listed as NEW. Reveived obviously used, repackaged product. Packaging was not Microsoft and no user or warranty information was included. NOT NEW.

was listed as new received it and obviously it was used. they did admit the mistake and offer a shipping label and a refund but was easier to sell it to the customer as used at a discounted rate .

Rating + 1 Wrong part and damage

Got a PS for a Dell OP280 and was not the right one. Also, packaging was poor, they shipped it with a power plug out of the USPS priority envelope because it was cut and when opened noticed the wire stuck in the seal. I will give them one egg only because it did ship out fast. Just sent email to this vendor and waiting a reply. Will follow up if not satisfied. Have a Customer now going to have to wait, only charged $5 over the cost and labor and now I am probably going to have to pay shipping back and now doing the job for noting and paying out of my pocket extra.

My order came in less than 48 hours from when I placed my order and I selected standard shipping.
I have yet to install it because now I am waiting for the newegg-shipped items, but it was safely packaged and arrived new and as ordered.
I am seriously impressed with the speed.

Rating + 1 Misleading Shipping Terms

I paid for 24 hour shipping, which generally means that the order is on the truck or plane and on its way to you tomorrow. It just so happens I needed the product the next day and it was not shipped for 72 hours. It wasn't until I tried to get the order canceled that it was now ready to ship. It arrive within 24 hours of actual shipping. Next time I'll go elsewhere.; but that was still three days late.

RMA Policy
    All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.

    Returns for refund:
    Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. We do not refund any shipping charges on returns. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.

    DOA Items:
    If an item is DOA please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. In the event that you receive a defective item we will cover the shipping charges. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
