Rating + 4 Good Quick Delivery Service

Ordered Lenovo laptop bottom case on Tuesday night and arrived on Friday.Estimated delivery was 5-7 days. Everything appears to be in order. I would have rated five stars, but the tracking number did not allow me to track delivery and did not show departure city/state. Price was very competitive. I am happy.

When I order something I need to know before I proceed with my order how long it will take before the item is delivered, it may cost less to get something from China but time is often more important. I will likely not be ordering again from NewEgg because they did not tell me that this would take over two weeks.

I spoke with a live operator about an issue and they helped direct me to this item. As it turns out, this item was NOT compatible with my laptop as had been described. Trying to return this item.

A terrible replacement option - as soon as we put this into the printer the toner shows empty again. And of course, 5 months later when we need to use the toner, we cannot return it.

Rating + 1 Don't buy from them

It took Computer Warehouse 9 days before they shipped the item. Then when I received the item, it wasn't the one I needed. They told me that It was my fault for ordering the wrong item. In their listing, they said it would be compatible with all HP g7 laptops but when I contacted them, they said it was only compatible with g7 1000 series laptops. When I requested a return, they told me that my order number didn't exist. I have no idea how they lost my order number in their records but they did. Very poor customer service and poor item descriptions.

RMA Policy
    All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.

    Returns for refund:
    Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. We do not refund any shipping charges on returns. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
