Rating + 4 Some Hiccups, but very good Customer Service!

I ordered 3 packs of ink, but two of the six colors did not arrive in the shipment. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out the missing inks!

The inks arrived first did not work with my printer. The inks that arrived second did. After troubleshooting with their customer service, it was discovered that the first inks sent to me were completely wrong for my order, but they would send me the correct cartridges right away and to return the incorrect ones.

I was disappointed that the correct cartridges and quantities did not arrive in the beginning, but the customer service really came through and I am quite happy with how they resolved the issue!

shipped fast but sent wrong cartridges. I emailed about situation and to request an RMA number. Customer service person replied promptly agreed they where the wrong ones and said new ones are in the mail and no need to send the others back. Awesome. Right cartridges showed up a couple days later. Thank you

Rating + 2 Dell battery charger

I had my charger for less than 2 months, it is already broken and I literally do nothing with the charger other than plug it it to the wall when my laptop needs to be charged. Worked great for the time I had it until I needed to charge my laptop.... I bought it on 8/9/2014 and it's broke already...

I ordered this part on the basis that I needed a fan for a Dell XPS Laptop L702S. What I received was not the correct item for that model. I don't know if this is a manufacturer error in their parts database, just an FYI.

Rating + 1 Component was defective No response available from vendor or newegg

We purchased a Dell laptop power button component. When installed it didn't work. We immediately attempted to contact Newegg c/s and they told us they had no responsibility and we had to deal with Computer Warehouse shipper. We tried repeatedly to get in touch with them but no response. We had no choice but to put $24.99 charge in dispute with our credit firm. not happy. It is very rare to have a poor experience with a business transaction with Newegg after 7 years of doing business. Newegg should have resolved this matter since product was sold on their website..

RMA Policy
    All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.

    Returns for refund:
    Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. We do not refund any shipping charges on returns. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
