Rating + 1 Galaxy S4 mini

The phone I sent back was defective. I should receive my entire refund. There should not be a 20% restock fee. In addition I paid the shipping both ways. Why is Techno Trading House charging me extra money? We have been with Newegg for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. This is unacceptable.

Bought a phone from them a while back, and they sent me a cheap knockoff version of the "Galaxy note 4" on top of not being able to get a refund, i never got an answer back from them, newegg also refused to refund me.

Rating + 1 False Advertising

The LG G3 D855 is advertised as being an Internationally Unlocked LTE Compatible phone, but is not compatible with U.S.A. LTE Bands/Frequencies of any kind, including AT&T and T-Mobile. They refuse to give a refund for the phone. I infinitely regret giving over $500 of my hard earned money to this business and I hope Newegg will help me and ban these guys from selling on the marketplace with these shady business tactics.

Rating + 1 They sell used electronics as new

When I opened the box that was supposed to contain a new Galaxy S4, I noticed that the phone had already a screen protector on. Also a small scratch on the lower right part of the phone body.
Did not work as a phone (No incoming/outgoing calls) even though it was unlocked.
Vendor says thet it's not compatible with T-Mobile.

I give it one egg because there's no option for ZERO.
Simply said, I received a defective unit that I couldn't even use for 4 hours (phone getting completely frozen, and rebooting on its own multiple times), besides the Spanish software image that keeps showing all system and error messages in Spanish (regardless of the system language I set), and when I returned it, they charged me a restocking fee, stating that their technician couldn't find any problem with the phone.
Moreover, I kept calling their number on a daily basis for over a month, and they never answered even once.

Rating + 2 Seller ships via USPS

Shipping with this seller is via USPS, not Newegg's usual UPS. Fair warning as apparently in this area, USPS couriers do not make a second delivery attempt, as I discovered today. Short delivery times, costs & low hassle surrounding shipment are some of the reasons I shop at Newegg over competitors. My expectation for anyone that sells on Newegg is that they meet the exceptional standards set by Newegg itself, which is why I gave the rating.

Rating + 2 Got my product but missing Memory card!

This vendor's shipping was fast. I got my product very fast (Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000 32 GB Black 3G Quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A15 & quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 Unlocked Cell Phone). But I didn't get the 32GB memory card that was supposed to be with the phone!

I've called twice as of today and no one answers the phone. If I don't get the memory card I'll just buy one myself and invoice this vendor. Poor service.

Return Instruction

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
