My prepaid card did not work at first, but as soon I contacted Combodealz I got the best customer support. The gentleman that helped (Thank you so much, Sam) stayed in contact with me until everything was sorted out. Even went out of his way to help out. Great buy, I'm enjoying my xbox live again!

This Seller sent Item to wrong state, when I caled and say I was the person wh ordered the Zelda DS they kept saying "what"? I said can you hear me? they said "no" and hung up, when I tried to call back they would not answer. New Egg Customer service tried o call too and they won't answer. Shady???? Yes. do not order from them.

Rating + 5 Good timing

I was expecting 5 (five) business days before I got my package. I got it in like 2 (two). Not sure if they do this amazing job for everyone or I just got lucky. My product showed up in a reasonably safe package too, no damage to be found.

RMA Policy
    Return or Replacement Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (see exceptions in Paragraph g) below) within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:

    a) Contact ComboDealz to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

    b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.

    c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

    d) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, as per Paragraph b) above, it will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees may be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your Return, please contact us. <br><br>

    e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.

    f) If the Return is due to our error, please contact us for a pre-paid Shipping Label, which would enable you to return the product at our expense. [Please note: This does not include Manufacturer defects.]>

    g) There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.

    Non-Returnable Categories:BBQ Grills; Consumable, Perishable, and/or Sensitized items, such as: Paper, Ink, Lamps, Bulbs, Batteries, and Software; Car Stereo, DJ, and Home Audio; DVD Players; Video Games and Consoles; Home and Kitchen Appliances; Luggage; Musical Instruments; Personal Care; Printers and Scanners; Projection Screens; Televisions; Headphones/Earphones; Special Order items, where indicated; and all items over $1200.00.

    Purchases from these categories are final. In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the Merchant.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
