Rating + 1 DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!!

The item showed "in stock" when I ordered, but it took them over a week to actually ship it. I had to call them to find out that they don't stock anything but order from a 3rd party. "In stock" to them means their supplier has it in stock. But they don't say anything about the extra ordering time. When I tried to complain, I got transferred throughout their call center hell and then pushed to some anonymous voicemail. DO NOT ORDER FOR THESE PEOPLE! I wish I paid attention to the reviews before ordering.

Rating + 1 Never Again

This company doesn't deserve an egg at all. I purchased a laminator on 8/18/14 and received tracking number on 8/19/14 and tracking states the label was created but no item presented for shipment. I called Newegg who gave me AceDepot's number instead of handling the issue with their vendor. I have called their 800 number at Ace 5 times and each time when I select customer service promt 3 it rings then disconnects automatically. I am in the process of trying to reach Newegg now to request a refund and I will never do business with either again. I will also send info to other purchasers within our company on this experience.

Rating + 1 Never buy from this company

I would rate this marketplace company with 0 eggs if possible. Never received the product after multiple tracking numbers were issued. These were bogus tracking numbers and the company was not truthful when talking with them. They promised delivery several times only to never ship and never communicate. Newegg did the right thing in crediting back for the product that was never shipped after 6 weeks. This vendor should be dropped from the marketplace by Newegg.

I ordered a paper shreader July 14, 2014
after a couple weeks i finally was able to contact them, they said that the shreader was not available and were going to send an upgraded one at no additional charge.
they said it would be here in 3-5 days. its been another 2 weeks and its still not here. no response from them at all

Rating + 1 Shipping took forever

The shipping label was created on Feb 20th, but it was not actually shipped until March 4th? I should've received my item weeks ago. Not to mention it only takes a single day to ship from NJ, to PA. Horrible service.. never again.

Rating + 1 Needs to be removed from NewEgg

My official rating for Ace Depot is zero Stars. This is why.

1. No communication
2. A dead tracking number
3. Item never arrived.
4. Claimed to have no record of my order.

Stay away from AceDepot. And NewEgg if I was you, I'd look into removing them from your site. I guarantee this won't be the last upset customer from a company that does business like Ace Depot

Rating + 1 Unable to contact for return of defective item.

Ordered a blue tooth keyboard that would not charge, I attempted to call the 800 # many times only to have someone quickly ask me if I can hold and then before I am able to answer place me on hold. After 20 minutes I try again only to meet with the same or just being placed on hold without being asked. I have emailed acedepot with no response
