Rating + 1 Item never received, no communication from seller

No communication from seller after order placed and item never shipped nor received. Had to call Newegg customer service to investigate and was told that they weren't able to receive a response from seller either. Will never try to buy anything ever from this seller.

Rating + 1 DO NOT ORDER

I had ordered a bill counter RBC3100 and received an older model
RBC-1003, which by the way does not work properly. I have tried contacting customer service with no luck. requested a RMA on may 30th same day i received it, since i have not yet received an answer i sent another request. to this day june 17 2015 i have not received a response.

Rating + 1 AceDepot is HORRIBLE!

Placed order on April 14, 2015. Customer representative called several time requesting that we call them regarding our order. After we were able to contact them (different time zones), they informed us that they had an upgraded model since the one we ordered was out of stock. I requested to cancel it since it was hard to get a hold of them in the first place (didn't specify an upgraded model was available and no emails were sent - just left a very general VM for us to call them back). She stated that they would cancel the order and refund the money. That hasn't happened yet and the status for the shipment still states that shipping info has been sent to FedEx since April 14, 2015. It is now May 7, 2015.

Rating + 1 Never Order from AceDepot !

I would "not" recommend buying from this seller. Newegg should remove them from their vendor list immediately. I did not receive the correct item I ordered and now I am waiting on an RMA so I can get my money back. I should have looked into to AceDepot's rating before ordering. Never again!

Rating + 1 DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!!

The item showed "in stock" when I ordered, but it took them over a week to actually ship it. I had to call them to find out that they don't stock anything but order from a 3rd party. "In stock" to them means their supplier has it in stock. But they don't say anything about the extra ordering time. When I tried to complain, I got transferred throughout their call center hell and then pushed to some anonymous voicemail. DO NOT ORDER FOR THESE PEOPLE! I wish I paid attention to the reviews before ordering.

Rating + 1 Never Again

This company doesn't deserve an egg at all. I purchased a laminator on 8/18/14 and received tracking number on 8/19/14 and tracking states the label was created but no item presented for shipment. I called Newegg who gave me AceDepot's number instead of handling the issue with their vendor. I have called their 800 number at Ace 5 times and each time when I select customer service promt 3 it rings then disconnects automatically. I am in the process of trying to reach Newegg now to request a refund and I will never do business with either again. I will also send info to other purchasers within our company on this experience.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
