i ordert this 4 days before x-mas. i email them and ask if i could get it with x-mas. i got a fast reply and she explained that it came from overseas. i dint see that when i bought it. it came like 3 days after x-mas. it works good and we happy. i will buy again and recommencement them. only thing i don't like is that the shipping takes so long, that's why i only gave 4 egs.

This SAMSUNG watch won't work with my SAMSUNG phone because it only works with certain versions of Android and jellybean isn't one of them. They should just say that on the description page and if they did I wouldn't have bought the watch. I was told by the seller that I have to RMA it through neweggflash. When I tried, I was told by Newegg that they contacted the seller and the seller would be in touch with me in a couple days. That would have been the nineteenth of December. I still haven't heard from them.

Camera arrived quickly and works fine, but the package arrived damaged. The primary car mount was broken. I don't know if it can be repaired, but I don't want to pay for return shipping. Guess that I will just have to try to repair the mount or find another solution to enable me to use the camera my car.

box was dirty with old dead, flattened cockroach on top. the box was closed, but the box itself wasn't sealed, nor were the contents inside. while this was meant to be a gift, I'm reluctant to give it.

Yeah so I ordered this item and never received it. I can't even track it as there is no tracking info provided...guess I just lose out. Pretty crappie as it was a Christmas gift.

Horrible customer service on this one!!! Original invoice said "overseas shipping, 5-15 days. 23 Days and I still don't have it. Floueron didn't even ship until 10 days after they received the order from Newegg. I contacted Newegg to complain. I was advised that my concern would be escalated and I would be contacted within 2 days. Yeah right!!!! Still haven't heard from them. As for the camera, it might be great. However I wouldn't know because I don't have it yet!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shipping: Item arrived two days before expected; they must have shipped it a faster way than I requested without charging extra.

Customer Service: The item I ordered, a front panel-mounted computer accessory, had a design/manufacturing defect that made the audio ports non-compliant with either the AC97 or the newer HD Audio specification. When I gave a brief explanation of the problem to Floureon they requested additional technical information which I sent (an Intel Front Panel Connection Specification). They took the item out of their product list and since they could not resell it asked if I would agree to take a partial refund and not ship the item back to them. Since I could probably make use of the item sometime in the future or even scrap it for parts I agreed. Financially I came out even between the refund they gave me and what it would have cost me to ship it back. Very cooperative and intelligent customer service.

RMA Policy
    Floureon Store offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
