Rating + 3 As advertised, but with slow shipping

I received my order, in tact and priced well among the major online competitors. If time is of little issue, there isn't much to complain about. I ordered a birthday gift, which took about 12 days from "Submit Order" to "Delivered". As such, it arrived 2 days before my deadline. For contrast, I recently ordered from the big "Azn", and received my package in 6 days ... FROM CHINA W/free shipping.

It took thirty years, but I finally bought one of these things. When I was kid in the 80's, my folks absolutely refused to have Nerf guns in the house. Too violent, they said. So I grew up playing old Atari games and building up what would become an unholy library of NES cartridges. All the while, I spent the nineties watching commercials for ever-more-awesome-looking Nerf guns, bows and cannons. "Nerf or Nuthin'" was something I heard all the time as a teenager yet I was stuck firmly in the "Nuthin'" crowd. Once in a blue moon, my friends would break out their Nerf arsenal and I would inevitably get the half-broken peashooter with the bent darts. Never would I know the wonders of the Nerf Bow & Arrow or Nerf Bazooka.

Then college rolled around and I ended up getting a career job. No time for toys. Nerf became something that popped into my head maybe once in a few years because someone's kid was going on about the new line of toys. Something I missed.

And then I came to NewEgg to build a computer.

Everything started innocently enough. Parts were fine, except I got nailed with a shipping error. NewEgg gave me a $15 gift card for the trouble. What do you buy on NewEgg for $15? For nearly a month, I couldn't find anything that didn't require me to shell out another fifty bucks or just waste the card entirely.

Then it hit me.

NewEgg sells freaking Nerf guns.

Dang it all, I'm middle-aged but I will buy one of these danged things if its the last thing I do. The window is shutting. So I bought this little sucker and waited a week.

I've been sitting in my house peppering the walls with foam bullets for upwards of a month. I can't rightly afford to buy attachments or other guns, but this will do just fine. Yessir, just fine.

My littele girl still waiting for her doll that never came in. What happend to my order? Newegg if you do not have a doll you should have a note Not in Stuck or sebt e mail that we not getting a doll. Its has been weeks and this is NOT OK!!!

i ordered 2 tablets on Dec. 1st. I was told 1-3 days for processing. Here it on Dec. 11th. and it still hasn't even made it to the shipper (Fedex) yet!! We have ordered plenty of stuff from and NEVER had we had an issue like this. As a matter of fact, every other order arrived at least 24 hrs ahead of time!

Rating + 1 HOPELESSLY POOR SELLER - Toys"R"Us & Babies"R"Us

I have never seen such an irresponsible Seller. I cancelled my order within an hour, but they still despatched the item after 36 hours! I was billed despite cancellation. Because I subsequently changed my mind, I reordered the item after a few hours of cancellation. I got both the Items by post without adequate postage which I had to pay! My first purchase has not been taken back and my second purchase turned out defective, with the memory card not staying in place. I complained about this and was referred to a Tel.No. of yet another inernet seller. They promised to send me a refund instead of replacement. Even that replacement slip has not been emailed. The worst part is Newegg is not taking any action despite their Return Policy.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
