This is a pretty straight forward seller and what I might expect ordering from Sears online. I added to cart, paid, got authorization email, then shipping email a couple of days later. Seller has not contact me to ensure that I received the item, or that everything was received in good condition. There is no after the sale contact so no extra stars for that. All in all, like I said, I bought it, I got it.

I contact all of my buyers after the sale to ensure that I met their expectations and provide service after the sale. I imagine that these folks only do that if an issue arises. I hope I have no issues.

Item was delivered promptly, After opening the package and putting together my new DXRacer chair I noticed that part of the fabric appeared to be pinched & cut at the top of the headrest. I emailed DXRacer US Dealer about it and within a few hours they got in contact with me and let me know that they would ship out the replacement part and that I didn't even need to bother with the hassle of returning the damaged piece. Within a week the replacement part was received and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, it was quick and didn't inconvenience me at all.

Rating + 1 Look out!

Racer uses FedEx to ship and they require a signature.
It has taken a week (7 days) to get to my address.
I had to take a day off of work to be home for the delivery, making my chair cost a lot more than expected.

I will never buy anything from this company again!!!
Seller Response:For safety reason, we use Fedex home delivery with direct signature required. We put this service method on listings and inform every buyer Fedex tracking number with the shipping service type when we dispatched the order. The buyer can customize the delivery on so they arrive when it's convenient for you, or you can book Saturday delivery, or call Fedex to pickup from your nearest Fedex store. Direct signatrure required costs us more, but protect your order very well. DXRacer is Fedex premier customer, please contact us directly if you have any problem with Fedex, thank you!

Rating + 5 Greatest Chair Ever!

Is this the greatest chair ever ? I think so.
Excellent quality through out. Very comfortable and adjustable. This is hands down the very best computer chair I`ve ever had. Great back and head support.
Plus it`s the best looking chair too.

Very easy to put together with the supplied hex wrench.
In a few minutes I had my brand new beauty up and adjusted just for me. Then I got to ditch the old back braking chair I`ve had for eight years.
It was truly a win win.

DXRacer Office Chair got one but thats because the warehouse messed up on the order .but thay fixed that fast for me with no issus . other one will be here in 3-4-15 .only a 1 week waite . the frist Chair was easy to put tograther and looks awesome.any gamer that wont's a good looking and fill's good . this is the one to get

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service.

I ordered this chair 12-12-14. I was told it was shipped on 12-16-14. On 12-20-14 I checked the tracking # DXRacer provided me, it said the package had been shipped and signed for in Austin TX, I live in California. I contacted DXRacer and advised them, they gave me a new tracking # and said they would check with their shipping manager Jeff. Did not hear back from them until 12-22-14 at which point I was told the chair was lost and they did not have another one to give. On 12-23-14 I received an Email from "Echo" at DXRacer that said sorry for the problem we refunded you your money. This was a Christmas present for my husband. His only Christmas present in fact due to the high cost of the chair ($400.00). So one day before Christmas I get told sorry we can't help you. How about this, how about you tell us this was our fault and we will make it right. We will make this right and get the chair made and delivered to you as soon as possible. Nothing much else to say...

Rating + 3 Took a while but they came through

Due to a problem in shipping that wasn't exactly clear how it even happened, it took two weeks to receive my chair. For some reason the chair was shipped to California, when I live in Minnesota. Newedge CS rep did respond very quickly to my email, however and it was corrected as soon as it was discovered. I received the chair in one piece after it was re-routed.

I don't feel like I can complain too much because shipping was free and I had already planned on waiting a few extra days for the ground shipping, plus if I had contacted newedge sooner about the mistake I have a feeling it would have not taken so long.

Rating + 5 Had a few problems but they were fixed insanely fast

Order a Dxracer chair, 8/14/14, tracking # stated a 8/16/14 delivery. 8/16 came and no progress on shipment of package, called Newedge to see what was going on. Echo picked up at newedge on a Saturday and helped me figure out what was going on. Echo discovered that the chair was damaged prior to shipping @ the Dxracer warehouse and she offered me an exchange. I decided to pick out a different chair that was in stock. She approved the new chair and offered me a check for the difference in price and also offered a dxracer mouse pad that attaches to the chair arm. (All this was worked out on a Sunday btw) Chair showed up 8/21/14 with everything in perfect condition.

The reason I decided to write about the damaged chair was to prove that Newedge is loyal to their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to keep those customers happy. 5/5 Eggs for sure. Thanks again.
