Ordered a chair and it got slightly damaged. Newedge went out of their way and had a replacement part shipped to me in 3 days. Great sellers who stand behind their products. you cant go wrong with these guys.

i was a bit discouraged at the fact i had to go pick up this item from the fedex store. granted it was a $300 chair, i've had 2 $450 GPUs, 3 $300 monitors, and roughly $1000 worth of other computer hardware left at my front door. was a pain in the rear but all good. would have preferred to just come home and set it up.

Rating + 5 Amazing customer service!

Ordered a DXRacer chair from Newedge US. The chair had some minor damage when it arrived. Contacted Newedge US via email regarding the damage and within 15 minutes that had contacted me back, clarified the issue and sent me new replacement parts. To say their customer service is impressive would be the understate of the century! I was skeptical using a Marketplace seller and not Newegg itself, but those fears are gone. I will look for more products sold by Newedge US.

Rating + 4 Great Chair for People Who Have Lower Back Issues

Soon after receiving my chair a injuried my back. I found setting in the chair relieved some of the pain I was suffering.

Pros. Over all construction is very sturdy and great support staff.

Cons. The plastic chair stand caps do not properly connect and stay attached to the chair. If you hit them with your feet they will just pop off. (This part is purely cosmetic and does not affect the function of the chair.) For cost of the chair they would provide a better cap or omit it all together. For this reason I marked off an egg.

Great chair. Good packaging, well thought out for easy assembly.

Unfortunately the lumbar support pillow strap's stitching is of low quality. One of the straps pulled out of the pillow upon the 1st tug...slight tug at that. Wouldn't use the that pillow anyway.
Rest of the chair is the highest quality. Happy with my purchase.

I placed an order on Saturday 4/30/16 for a DxRacer Gaming chair, seeing that it was 5-7 business day shipping i estimated it would be a week. Much to my surprise it was delivered today 5/4/16 only 3 business days later!

The package was immaculate and every component of the chair was well wrapped and protected.

For anyone leery about buying a chair on newegg with this seller set your fears aside the entire experience was pleasant and better than expected!!!
