They do not deserve an egg because they do not ship the correct items that you order and it takes two weeks and four messages for them to ship the right items and them they short you one pen. They do not know how to count or speak English.

Rating + 3 Shipment tracking system is broken

The shipping itself from Newegg and partners is very fast, and especially for me because I"m in AZ and most of my stuff comes from CA. BUT, the tracking system seems to be worthless. It's broken, and often times it only comes up with errors like, "no record of that number being entered into the system", and such. I say fix it or forget having it. It makes you look unprofessional.

this seller is the worst!! they will LIE to you but try to get your money back!! it took me three weeks to get a reply and then they just lied to me!

and this has happened to every one that i know that has tried to use theis seller !!
I wish NEWEGG.COM whould drop this seller!!!

I was surprised how fast the product arrived! I ordered items from 2 different vendors on Newegg on 8/28/2014. I received my product from this vendor in less than a week. I'm still waiting for my items from the other vendor (it's 9/11/2014).

The merchandise was a cheap travel sized manicure set for my wife. The price mirrored the quality. But for what little I paid, I'm very pleased, and so is my wife!

The two nail clippers were broken on their 1st use. It was very dirty inside the apple case, white foam was black, even some hairs were observed ... If there is no star or negative option, i wouldn't hesitate to give that. Don't buy.

Works great on my 2008 Yamaha Venture, to hook my I pod up to the stereo, exactly what i was hoping it would be. Great buy for the price.

I ordered 2 5000mah USB battery packs and never received them, which caused delays in our work. I never received any notification from anyone that the USPS had failed to deliver the items due to incomplete address, although several other items ordered through newegg were delivered on time via USPS.

My procurement process where I work is difficult and time consuming, and thanks to the non-delivery of the items I must re-order the battery packs from a different seller, and have to process a refund.

So the performance by newegg's sub caused me 3x the workload plus the loss of productivity due to their inability to make sure their products get to the purchaser.

I will probably never use newegg again, I can't afford the extra work and delays that I might encounter.
