Rating + 2 Different part number?

ordered AN-K15LP received AN-D400LP the two look identical however no tech can cross-reference the two part numbers. Part number on box is the one I ordered, but the part number on the lamp assembly inside of box is different. I do not want to put the wrong part number in and void my projector's warranty. I have sent a RMA request to DLT, inc and will update my rating depending upon their response.

Rating + 1 Bad Service, Harassing followup

Absolutely no egg rating rating on this company. I ordered a new projector lamp for my Optoma HD20 from them through newegg and they sent me the wrong lamp. It was the only thing I needed to replace on my projector, it was a barely 2 year old projector. To sum it up, it was too bright and melted the optics in my projector. This has been verified by Optoma. They offered an RMA on the bad part, which I accepted, but as far as taking responsibility for the damage it's been a big joke. They want me to take down my "negative" review which isn't actually negative, only truthful, and for that they will offer me a $200 Chase quickpay settlement. My response to them is no way and a second bad review. The part in questionthat caused the damage to my projector is no longer offered on newegg. Why is that?
Bad customer service. Horrible interfacing with me. Simplyavoid DLT, Inc. if you can, but this "small account" offers over 500 items on newegg so look out.

Rating + 1 Poor QC

Sent me the wrong projector lamp, and it melted the optics in my projector. Poor quality control, although they did offer me an RMA refund on the lamp. RMA isn't going to fix my projector.
Seller Response:This customer placed the order on 06/29/2014 13:00:10. He contacted us on 2014-08-06 for the return thing and we agreed. But he never returned and he contacted us again on Sept for the return. We are responsible seller and we made the full refund to this customer when we received the returned item.

It could be a lot of reasons lead to the damage of the projector which has already been used more than 2 year at least(this customer purchased on November of 2011). Also we are willing to make the extra refund of $125 to this customer and we are responsible seller. We care about our customers.
