This company has multiple reviews stating their inability to ship their product on time or at all. After being contacted by both myself and Newegg CS team no response was given to inquiry. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Product never shipped. Newegg and myself got no reply from this vendor. Newegg did not reply as promised with investigation info but did get me the refund they said they would. If I had read the feedback from others, I would not have ordered from this vendor.

Rating + 1 Lack of Communication and Item not as shown

I placed an order for an item on here that i have the exact same thing of already at home. It is a car mount and i have 2 cars. I ordered this item because it has a small flex arm on it so it provides more room between the window and the phone. Since the phone is larger the one they sent me will not work. I received the item last Saturday and emailed them as soon as i saw it was not what I ordered. 5 days later i have still not heard back. Do not buy from this company go somewhere else.

Rating + 1 DO NOT BUY from this seller

I have been going back and forth with NewEgg and this seller (zoomDelivered) for a month now. The product I ordered was NOT the item I received. They are finally agreeing to let me return it for LESS than what I paid for it PLUS they want to charge a restocking fee of $11.80, plus I have to pay to ship it back to them!!!
STAY AWAY from this seller.... or be safe and stay away from NE and ZoomDelivered both altogether.

Rating + 4 Fast delivery, not great service

I received my purchased item very quickly, the only problem was that I had tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it and after emailing this seller numerous times to try to cancel before it was sent out, it was still charged and delivered. Now I have to return the item I bought by mistake. Also, if I had wanted the item it looks like it should work OK but the box was fairly smashed when it arrived.

Rating + 1 Avoid This Seller

Two weeks and I still haven't received my order, with no updates to shipping information beyond a tracking number, which is not the type of performance one expects from a Newegg Marketplace vendor. Communication with Newegg has been terrific, which is in stark contrast to communication from the vendor, even when mediated by Newegg. Hopefully they will remove zoomdelivered from their list of approved vendors.

Rating + 1 Poor product,poor company

The item had no divider as stated in description. There was Velcro where it should attach but was missing. No mesh pocket as described either. Zipper broke on first use. Zoomdelivered Company does not reply nor accept replacement or return. My recommendation is to avoid both this company and this product. In fact avoid Newegg as well as their appears no vetting of sellers.

Took 10days before my item even shipped and 15days before I recieved it.
I wish I saw all the Negative feed back before ordering.
VERY disappointing first time using new egg- I won't be coming back

Rating + 1 Don't buy from this guy

Item description stated he would ship 3 cables. I only got one. When I called, I Was told at the price I sold item you only get 1 cable.

Package Contents: Apple Lightning Cable, Apple 30-pin Cable, Micro USB Cable

I only got 1 cable and it's not the one I needed. but thought the extra cables might come in handy

RMA Policy
    We accept items in NEW condition for refund within 30 days. subject to a 10% restocking fee. If an item has been used there is a 20% restocking fee. We only refund the cost of the item less our shipping charge to you when shipped out and a basis 10% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
