When receiving the belt clip the kickstand part wouldn't work. I spoke to Sean and they sent me another one with no hassle at all. I would definitely recommend this merchant for even with such a small product it could have turned into a hassle.

Rating + 1 Questionable Service and Products

Purchased a refurbished Logitech H800 Wireless headset. Product was defective and would not charge. It is now two weeks since contacting Zal Digital for a refund and I've not received it yet. Disappointing and I'm regretting making the decision to purchase from them.

this is no fault of seller but wanted you to know. ups received item 3 days before christmas and failed to delivery on time with two day shipping option
will not use ups two day or one day again. if its going to be late then ill go with cheaper ground rate. they claim they dont count day of receipt as a day against two day shipping.

Bought a refurbished pair to save on some money, and they came in broken. After a little trouble they immediately sent a new pair free of charge. Hopefully in the future their product will get to me in one piece.

Ordered what was supposedly a refurbished mouse and keyboard. The item did not come with a unifying receiver like it was supposed to and the items were scratched and had some obvious wear. The seller also deleted all his reviews before I could try and contact him about the receiver (which I did try, no response and a generic voicemail system). The items seem to be working for now...

Wouldn't be surprised if this is a person selling stolen merchandise, but thanks to Newegg they gave me a credit on my account to purchase a receiver separately.

The receiver should definitely have been included in the box, it must have fallan out during testing.
When you contacted us we were moving locations, and we put all our listing as inactive to reflect as such.
As soon as we were back up and running, we contacted you multiple times via phone and email, but have gotten no response.

Return Instruction
