Rating + 1 Don'the purchase anything from this summer

I purchased 2 power cords from this supplier. They took my money and gave me a tracking number but never shipped the items. I waited 3 weeks and followed up with Newegg several times and got the run around from the sellers. I finally requested a refund and now have to wait and additional 2 weeks for and investigation and then and then a possible refund. This has truly been a bad experiences and I still don't have amy product or a refund

Rating + 1 Worst experience with Seller: Super Power Supply

I ordered wireless router antenna and it's been a month i ordered and haven't got my order yet. Contacted seller some many times and they telling that they looking into it. I am not getting any update. Seller is "Super Power Supply" and their support team is not well trained, I believe. Seller not able to find out issue with shipping or whatever it is. When I contacted support team, they said they sent item with new shipping label. It's been 15 days since they told me and not providing tracking number and not got the order either.
But I am not buying again. No recommending others.

Rating + 1 very poor service

When searching for better antennas for my router, was sent to a product that had a great price, said it would fit my router, they didn't. My router has TNC connections, new antennas have SMA. When contacted about the error, I was sent ANOTHER pair of the WRONG antennas. Also no eggs for their packaging, poly envelope only ................
Worst experience I've ever had with Newegg ......

Rating + 1 Still havent received it

It's been 3 weeks and ten emails and I still haven't received the power supply yet!! I keep getting the run around, it's in the mail, or we'll send a replacement out today. I've asked for tracking numbers and nothing! This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long long time. Newegg needs to drop them as one of their sellers.

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service - Sent the wrong item & 3 weeks later, still hasn't been replaced.

I would stay clear of the retailer "Super Power Supply".
I ordered an antenna kit with 10-ft cables, and they sent one with only 3-ft cables. They offered two kits, and the one with 10-ft cables cost more than the one with 3-ft cables, but I needed the extra length, thus why I ordered it. When I asked for a replacement, they said "are you saying you need a longer extension cable? The cables we sent should work fine with those antennas"... As if they figured "close enough"... I said no, and I sent it back. It's been 3 weeks of "We'll get it to you asap" and "It must have gotten lost, would you just like a refund instead?" I ordered the kit entirely for the cables, I don't even need the antennas but I couldn't order the cables alone!
Stay clear! Find a different retailer!

Ordered 8/18 delivered 9/7. As long as you know what your in for at the start, you won't be dissapointed. Otherwise, product was very competitively priced and worked well

Rating + 2 I'm not entirely sure this company is run by human beings.

I ordered two 2.0A adapters, and selected expedited shipping (3-5 days), and it took almost two weeks for them to arrive. When they did arrive, one was loose in a little baggy, and the other was in another bag but also in a little cardboard box. Both looked rattled. They work fine, but the shipping number never actually worked, and they took way too long to arrive. Expect to wait and to never hear from them.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
