I ordered 3 antennas with bases and paid extra for shipping
company gave just enough info to USPS to get a tracking
number so Newegg could email it to me. after a week of waiting I emailed the company and they said that I should have received my order and they would send a replacement order. USPS said they have not received the shipment for shipping. after another week of waiting USPS sent me that they just received the order for shipment 2 weeks after I placed my order. All three antennas were broken in half and only two bases were in the package. All three antennas showed signs that they were used and very nasty like they came out of the dumpster if they were new and broken they would at least look new. One of the bases was bad so I opened the base to check what was wrong with it and it was very corroded and the wires were broken.
I fixed the antennas with a cold mold and fixed the base. This is not Newegg's fault.Just a shady company. I will never order from them again !!!!

Rating + 1 Does Newegg allow to call incompetent sellers incompetent?

Got wrong item. (Plain, unmarked, white box. WHY are wrong items ALWAYS in white unmarked boxes?)
Seller e-mails me after complaint with pre-dated response, offering to send correct item, if I'll send my address (He doesn't HAVE IT?), to a coded e-mail response that has no name, and doesn't work.
Tells me to "Just mark "return to sender", on package. (Has ANYONE EVER had the Post Office accept an opened and resealed package as Return To Sender?
Opened? YES. How do you think I found it was the wrong item?
Post Office WILL NOT accept opened packages as Return to Sender.
VERY incompetent and arrogant seller. (Plus, it cost me postage for their mistake.)
Will never deal with this seller. NOT recommended.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Going on 1month and still nothing. They did provide a tracking number so that I could watch it not be shipped....

The order was processed promptly. However, the package got lost on its way. Requested a replacement and it also got lost. Hard to believe that USPS would messed it up this bad.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
