I had a very smooth transaction with Laptop Experience. Purchase was promptly shipped with a tracking number. I had no issues with the refurbished laptop I received from them. It started running right out of the box. It was clean and the battery still had about 60% of life on it. Would buy from them again if I was looking for another laptop.

I recently ordered a refurbished laptop and my experience is nothing but positive. Communication, timing, delivery and an actual quality of the Product – everything is of the best level. If I could give them more than 5 stars – I would have. Not the first time I use Newegg.com for different computer related purchases and my only impression is appreciation and respect.

I ordered a reconditioned laptop from Laptop Experience and the screen kept blacking out. They were incredibly helpful and told me to return it so they could fix it before my daughter went to college. Very helpful and fast assistance.

Ordered a tablet from them, ordered on a Sunday, and I received it on a Friday. Was packaged very well, sturdy and with a fragile sticker on it. While that doesn't seem like much, it put my mind at easy, knowing they weren't a company that just threw the stuff in a box and wished it the best of luck. They reply to their emails fast, and are willing to help any way they can. If I had to get another refurbished item, I'd try to get it through them.

I have purchased items in the past and was very pleased. I received my Refurbished Elitebook and the touch-pad/mouse was totally non-functional. I'm not sure how they do any diagnostics but I'm guessing they use an external mouse to run other tests and just never give the touch-pad a second thought. Needless to say I am disappointed.

Received refurbbed laptop in fine working order, all components intact, super fast shipping. Was expecting that I may have to purchase a battery for the laptop, price was more than fair if i would have had to do so. Was pleasantly surprised with battery life from seller. Would consider buying from this seller again without a second thought. Thanks again!

Rating + 2 Laptop not fully functional.

Unsure what the QC is at Laptop Experience, but received a device with half the USB ports non-functional. So far, unable to reach support via phone. This issue's resolution not withstanding, I will be more careful in the future to only purchase directly from Newegg. However, I will be sure to amend this review if resolution is reached.

RMA Policy

RMA instructions
