-Shipped well past my deadline to have the product
-shipping material was sub-par
-Shipping label never received by fed-ex, just showed up...

Rating + 1 very poor to rip off

NO!!! I see I am not the only one waiting months to find it was shipped 7 States away. After a half dozen emails i can assume i will not be receiving my item.
Probably not Newegg's fault, but i need reliability and accountability.
I found other places to buy the products my company needs.

If i could only rate no eggs.

I bought a case fan from them over a week ago and received an invalid tracking number. I contacted them for support but received no response. I got tired of waiting for my fan to arrive so I went to best buy and bought a plain black one and it FINALLY arrived the very next day.

Rating + 1 Over a week, still waiting to ship.

I ordered a cable from this seller of 5/14. It is now 5/23 and my order has yet to ship. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. This is an unacceptable delay.

This was shipped in the usual paper covered bubble wrap packaging envelope. The ears of the plastic door were protruding out through the packaging when it was received. While no damage was done to the part, its obviously not the packaging of choice for such an item without it being enclosed in a small box first.

30 day return policy won't help you. Unit arcing and shutting down under load after 33 days. Just a 2 lb. paperweight at this point. Try to avoid this seller.....
