Rating + 1 DOA batteries from LTWORLD

About 6 weeks ago I ordered a batter to replace one for a MacBook Pro. The first battery arrived DOA (The computer would not even recognize it). We then sent it in for a replacement and when it arrived about a week ago it was also DOA, same results. At the begining of this week I sent them an email requesting a refund and I have not heard from them 4 days later... P.S. The got one egg only because that is the minimum.

Rating + 1 Sent the WRONG ITEM

Seller sent a totally different item. Contacted both NEWEGG and Seller to put in a claim for the wrong item over 10 days ago and still no result. Waste of time!
Seller Response:sorry we tried to contact you through message but didn't hear back from you. So if you saw our message, please get back to us so that we can get it solved. And your case shows newegg gave you a RMA to have you return the item, did you return the item? thanks

Rating + 1 Beware

Ordered a laptop battery and never got it. LTWorld says it was shipped and the post office says it was delivered. They just do not know WHERE to. LTWorld says they will send me another for half price. Yeah, ok, they couldn't get the first one here - if they shipped it at all - but if I give them more money things will be better. No thanks, I will write it off and already ordered elsewhere.
I ordered a lot of items that week from Newegg but did not realize the battery was coming from a third party vendor. Never had a problem with Newegg but this is the second time from a Market Place order that I have had issues.
Learning my lesson and LTWorld is a good teacher.

Unfortunately when I received my swiveling tv wall mount it didn't have any of the hardware needed to actually mount it to the wall. The box it was shipped in had a large hole in it and I'm assuming that the hardware fell out during transport.

Rating + 5 Now that's a good example!

I noted a fairly serious problem with an order I had, and they sent me an email in 3 hours saying basically "our bad, we'll fix it and make it right"! I'm impressed. They didn't have to go as far as they have, they could have just fixed the product description and said it was a typo, but they are sending me the extra component "because that's what you paid for". I would buy from them again, simply for the quality service.

RMA Policy
    It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail. We will try our best to solve your problem. If you don’t like the product or order by mistake, return accept within 7 days, we will refund you the product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of return product and packing the product carefully to avoid damages during shipment). RMA instructions

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
