Rating + 1 Lousy customer service

How about 1/2 an egg as a rating? So Zoe at LTWORLD balked at sending a small item to my APO address overseas. Incredibly, she claimed they were unable to print an address label, after I had repeatedly provided my exact mailing address in the correct format. LTWORLD requested that I cancel my order, which I did. I then ordered the item from another seller. LTWORLD shipped the item anyway, so now I have 2 items on the way. Avoid this seller, especially if you have an APO/FPO address.

This guys are a Joke. Save your money and don't throw it away.
This guy's don't deserve it because the business they running
is a Joke it is NOT a Funny one. Read the other rewievs, they shipping will never arrive, they will never refund you. Just don't know why New Egg ruining it's name with this kinda "partners"...

Rating + 5 Fast shipping & inexpensive cable

Good quality HDMI cable sent quickly with free shipping. It did come in 5 days (3 business days). Cable works good and seems sturdy. Am very happy with seller. They respond when you contact them.

Rating + 1 Chinese Products

I ordered a Lumsing tablet as a gift for my mother-in-law. Overall the condition was fine. However the device was set to Chinese settings. All the preloaded apps where also in Chinese. As a result I was unable to add the Google Play store or any of its apps. This is a horrible disappointment. If I had any inclination that the device could not access Google Play I would never have purchased it. I had a headache finding the language menu. I'm afraid that LTWORLD can't be trusted.

If you don’t like the product or order by mistake, return accept within 7 days, we will refund you the product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error. RMA instructions

    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
