Rating + 3 Good quality item, but...

Unfortunately when I received my swiveling tv wall mount it didn't have any of the hardware needed to actually mount it to the wall. The box it was shipped in had a large hole in it and I'm assuming that the hardware fell out during transport.

Rating + 5 Now that's a good example!

I noted a fairly serious problem with an order I had, and they sent me an email in 3 hours saying basically "our bad, we'll fix it and make it right"! I'm impressed. They didn't have to go as far as they have, they could have just fixed the product description and said it was a typo, but they are sending me the extra component "because that's what you paid for". I would buy from them again, simply for the quality service.

Rating + 3 iphone batteries

Tools included were an absolute plus. Ordered two batteries. The one I installed in my phone is working fine. The one I put in my wife's phone only holds a charge for 24 hours. Of course it would be her's. One for two!

RMA Policy
    It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail. We will try our best to solve your problem. If you don’t like the product or order by mistake, return accept within 7 days, we will refund you the product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of return product and packing the product carefully to avoid damages during shipment). If the product becomes faulty in 14 days, we provide full refund or exchange after returning. If the product is faulty after 14 days, exchange will be provided or refund in some certain conditions. RMA instructions
    1. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA for processing. Please e-mail us to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
    2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
    3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
    4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
