I wait for my order more then 20 days. I placed an order for a new phone, gun metallic colored, but got used phone, light grey and also broken, do not hear anything when you talk to it!

Rating + 1 very slow delivery

I ordered a brand new galaxy s3 phone on 1/13 and got the item on 2/4...and the phone and battery are obviously not new. there is a scratch mark on the main menu button...and there is no instruction menu, no headset. I will never buy anything from this seller again!

Rating + 1 Never Shipped the Item

I ordered the item on 1/12/15. A tracking number was immediately created, but after 10 days the package has never made it to the post office.
I emailed Seller - no response.
Now it's going to be a long process to get my $$ back.
Time to kick this seller off the marketplace.
Be Cautious about ordering from the marketplace sellers!!!! This was a big learning experience for me.

RMA instructions

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
