Rating + 1 Horrible customer service and no follow thru

I ordered phone case which i never received. I then contacted them and after a FEW DAYS they contacted said USPS had located package and will update tracking info. They never did. I tried to call to get refund and got no answer. HORRIBLE, you can't do business like this and expect any success.

Rating + 1 No Product but still charged.

Never shipped package. Ordered the phone for my daughter for her birthday gift and nothing. I called Generation Cellular was on hold for 1+ hour, no answer. Left message to call me back. Guess what? NO ONE CALLED BACK!!! I called twice after that and left messages but to no AVAIL. Called Newegg and had them help me and they said Generation Cellular had sent the tracking number with no package.. So apparently I was going to be scammed. Good that Newegg is going to refund me what I had already paid. If any one of you are going to order from them, be aware!!! The least Generation Cell could have done is responded to my inquiries and/or calls. Very Upset in Texas!!!

ordered new phone 2 day shipping, showed up 5 days after order, and used! took 4 days to have them email return label, Still have no credit or phone, 20 days later. might be last time I order from new egg if this is the type of vendor they let sell on the new egg site

Rating + 3 Slow Shipping, But Phone Seems Good

They took a few days to get it to the post office (maybe they only ship on certain days?), but we'd expected that after reading others' feedback. The phone arrived in good condition and has been working fine so far, which is all that matters!! Thank you.

Rating + 2 Slow shipping and responses, eventually got package

To make a long story short, I got the package 18 days after ordering it with a number of emails in between (shipping rate was standard). The package was fine and what I expected.

The original shipment appears to have been lost by USPS which is not Generation Cellular's fault, but Generation Cellular was slow to respond to questions about the situation (I waited a week before getting a response to an email and ultimately escalated to Newegg customer service).
