I was weary of buying products that state "First From Asia" as I don't like buying products from China, tho this said it was from thailand, had good reviews and so I bought it, 3 weeks latter and still no delivery, on top of that, I can't get a hold of there support,

I did the same thing with a pair of headphones, Bought them because of good reviews from the states and a decent price, again never got them, never got there costumer support either.

I finally got them in, after 2 week (understandable) I got them in the mail, I'm just glad that I actually got what I paid for.

I bought this water cooler from a vendor from Newegg. In March it was 6 months old, then it went bad I apply 2x for a RMA but had no returned email. Thereafter I called Newegg and they said that there are forwarding an email to there seller. After three days I call Newgg again and they then told me that they sold the water cooler without a warrant, in short I lost $129.00. This was a big surprise to because in the past they always satisfied me, but not this time. Beware what you buy from Newegg, they have change there customer satisfaction policy.

Rating + 1 Akust Watercooler

Very bad customer service on Akust part. I bought an Akust Watercooler for my new computer build. I installed it per the instruction and when I powered on my computer it would not work. I sent the product back to New Egg and come to find out Akust would not take it back for a refund or exchange because I lost the box for the item. I e-mailed Akust over 3 days ago and haven't heard back from them yet. Not happy at all with Akust. I had to go buy another watercooler for my computer. Bad, bad customer service from Akust.

I ordered a set of anti-vibration rubber fan screws from Akust, as well as some case hardware from Newegg. The Akust product arrived first. Service was obviously good (undamaged products, timely shipping), and I'll review the mounting screws on its page.

well its a good kit for the money. Be smart and use your head. info book is small and short .
The one short coming to the kit is the wire to the fans for speed control is short. I have a whisper(NZXT) case its 22inch long. I had fine a way around it being to short. LONG STORY I got it . I would buy it again. mind you only been running 2 days.

Rating + 1 Not for VRAM USE!

Bought these to use on a XFX R9 290X That I water Blocked with the NXZT Kraken G10 and Corsair H75. Since the VRAM sits around the GPU and the G10 plate has the fan in back I wanted a little more cooling. I got these do to height clearance need under the G10 plate. They aren't milled level and the Heat tape is worthless. I cleaned VRAM Twice, a loud to set for 24 hours, installed and they all started falling off once I set the CPU up right and luckily they didn't cause a short to MOB. Next set is to find better tape and / or put stock cooler back on it. All these and waited for 3 weeks to arrive and got not ship notice until I inquired on where and when.

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
