I ordered a WACOM Bamboo Create tablet through this seller. The product shipped quickly and arrived intact and untampered. I honestly can't find anything to complain about.

Rating + 1 Fraud

This seller is a fraud. Selling goods and services which are NOT AS advertised. Purchased a GPS and it came in a generic Garmin box that I know is not the original packing. How do I know it was refurbished? The USB cable that came with it was not for the GPS i ordered. It was incorrect and does not fit. Which means the box haad to be opened and they put a wrong cable in. The GPS itself does not look new. I have seen original Garmin packing box and the box I got was no where close to it. I have filed a complaint against the company with UPS Postal Inspector and my credit card company.

This seller sent used iPads. They are obviously out of warranty with Apple because they include a card for a 5-year extended warranty from a third-party vendor. 2 iPads were ordered however the warranty was only for one of them.

Rating + 5 Skeptical at first

I ordered a Microsoft surface 2 unknowingly at first from this seller. After realizing that it was not through newegg.com I looked under the reviews and was super nervous. I called the seller right away during his business hours and talked to the seller asking about whether the product for sale was new or refurbished. I also emailed him asking the same question, both responses were that it was a new item. I was still skeptical but decided to give it shot. I received my surface 2 fast and in what looked like original packaging. I was still skeptical so I called Microsoft to verify it was brand new and they confirmed. I obviously cannot speak for anyone else's experience but I couldn't have had a better experience with this seller. Brand new product for a good price that's works well and was shipped fast. A+++++

Rating + 1 Refurbished items sold as new

Ordered GPS (2597LMT) on 2/17/15. Card charged 2/18 along with tracking number. Item didn't actually ship for another week....
Rest of the story: While the item was supposed to be new, advertised with the code for a new Garmin 2597LMT, what I got was a used refurbished unit in a generic Garmin box with minimal packing. Throwback Deals was contacted and agreed to send me a prepaid shipping label to send the GPS back for a full refund. That was 10 days ago and I haven't received anything back yet.

I'm about to do several things 1) file a mail fraud complaint with the USPS, 2) contest the payment through my credit card company, 3) file a consumer fraud report with the Attorney General's Office.
Anyone up for a class action lawsuit with these clowns?

Rating + 1 Reasonable expectations not met

Ordered Garmin 2597. Instead received 2797, which was defective. Three days after receiving the 2797 requested a RMA from seller who suggested I call 800# Garmin International to "reset the unit, or update the software & that should fix the issue." Contacted Garmin & when I read off the s/n of the unit was told they would replace a refurbished unit with another refurbished unit. The unit was shipped to Garmin at a cost of $14.50 for UPS ship & has been replaced by Garmin. I've stamped & filed this buying experience as "Lesson Learned" but still wonder why a small family business would substitute a more expensive 7" Garmin 2797 for the ordered 5" 2597?
It is not unreasonable to expect a RMA to be readily supplied when requested for a defective product.
I will not be ordering from this seller again.

Rating + 1 THIS SELLER LIED AND ROBBED ME

I purchased a Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition tablet from this company. It was laggy and faulty. Two weeks after the purchase I contacted the seller and they advised me to mail them the tablet and they would waive the 15% restocking fee if I had the box. I didn't have the original box so I told them I would accept the fee. They ended up returning the tablet to me with no notice or letter. When i contacted them, they told me they would not accept it without an original box. I contacted newegg and to no avail they just stated they wanted the original box. I found the original box in my closet and they respond by telling me it is past the return time frame and REFUSE to give me an RMA and my refund. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Save yourselves the trouble. Look at their review history. They send used items instead of new ones and when you try to return it, they find excuses to not accept them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

I paid extra thinking you would ship by ups. USPS drops are an hour round trip. I do not get home delivery. How can I get you to ship by someone who will home deliver.

Rating + 1 Buyer's Beware!

Recently purchased an iPad Air from this seller. The iPad we received was in an opened box and was not new. Checked warranty status and two months of warranty had already expired. RMA has been requested but not received. As a matter of fact, attempts to contact this seller have been fruitless....getting the run around. Shame on me for not reading all of the reviews before ordering!!!
