Seller sends a cute little note asking for a 5-egg review. You contact them and the manufacturer of the products they sell, but will not respond when you need help. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS.

Rating + 1 Don't purchase anything

The item I received looked like it was sitting on a shelf for years, the box was covered in dirt. I opened the box, the unit smelled like it was burnt up and it had the wrong AC adapter, was made for Europe I guess. I was just curious if it worked, I plugged the usb hub in by itself, naturally like I expected it didn't work. I am requesting my money back...

Rating + 1 Mic ordered possibly dead on arrival

The microphone I ordered appears to be dead on arrival.

None of my mic jacks will pick it up, but my headset has no problem being detected.

Windows 8 will show the device as plugged in, but it will no detect any sound regardless of what I do.

The distance the device would have had to travel was not taking into account when packaging, it was sent in a simple envelope with very basic bubble padding opposed to a proper box with stuffing.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
