This was supposed to be a two-pronged but was a 3 pronged. I wouldn't have ordered it or paid for it or waited so long for it had I known it was the wrong cable.

Rating + 1 takes forever to ship

This place shouldn't even be a newegg seller, they are overseas and things they ship can take weeks to get to you.

Rating + 1 NEW Apple 85W MagSafe 2 Retina MacBook Charger Power Adapter 20V-4.25A

Very poor quality, The power adapter arrive on bad packaging, looking old and use, and to the end when I connected to my device the power adapter got hot and didn't work at all .

it's been 7 days now and i have no idea where my stuff is, still no shipping date listed.

Sorry for the problem. But you ordered a item located in China on 8th, June, 2015. We has arranged the shipment via USPS(e-Packet) and gave you the tracking number on that day. It ususlly takes 10-20 days for delivery if no suddenness. Today your parcel#LN813769774CN was in-transit in "June 15, 2015 , 1:24 pm, Departed USPS Facility, FLUSHING, NY 11351" , and you could kindly checked it on USPS website. We believe that the parcel will be reach your hand quickly.

Rating + 1 Product didn't work. Made return impossible

The product didn't work, and they wanted me to return it to China, but wouldn't give me an address to return it to, and stated they would only pay $4 of the return cost for international shipping! Several days delay between messages. I will not buy from them again.

Rating + 1 Sub-Standard Vendors

I will never order From New Egg again, they do not screen their overseas partners very well, and any kind of refund or replacement is UNREALISTIC IN TIME THAT IT TAKES TO RESOLVE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE.
Here is what they send in their superb customer service to me. Worthless dribble from some auto message system.

Rating + 1 Still waiting

I ordered this product for my son for Christmas on December 3rd. Tomorrow is Christmas eve and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I have tracked this product and it always just says its "in transit" but never shows any further movement. If this power cord ever does arrive I will be sending it back, as we have already purchased a different one so he would have it in time for Christmas. Very disappointed and will not be doing any further business with this seller. The only reason I gave them one star is because it would not let me give it zero. I cannot rate a product I never received.

We're really sorry for the shipment problem. As it's Xmas Season this month, many people purchased the Xmas' gifts from our country. So it becomes the peak season, which would make the delayed delivery. Hope you can understand. And we do hope, if you have any question about the product or shipment, contact us in advance please. We can find a way to resolve the problem better. Right?

BTW, at present, we have the stockware located in NJ, US. People can get the parcel as soon as wished.
