Rating + 4 DELL Latitude E6400 Laptop Computer - Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.2Ghz ,Wireless, Windows 7

Refurbished Laptop was in very decent shape considering the price. It had a stripe of 4 keys that didn't work initially, but then magically started working, must have been a bumpy ride or something. The seller was going to replace it, no problem, but didn't have to. Product was slightly used but for the price, this was an excellent buy. I would recommend this seller, ZoomUSA.

Rating + 1 Stay far away from this reseller!

I ordered a 'refurbished' T60 and expected as good an experience as I've had with other refurb IBM/Lenovo deals from Newegg, even though I bought from their 'NewEggFlash' site this time. Never Again! T60 arrived promptly but oddly dirty with non-functioning power supply due to frayed/split wiring between PS and laptop. Discussing with NewEgg I opted for NewEgg dealing with the reseller thinking they'd be more likely to get compliance; all I wanted was a replacement refurb PS. Reseller says they'll send one but it never happens. I call back and NewEgg contacts them again, and they again claim they'll send but don't actually ship. Meanwhile I opened the drive bay to see how old the HD is: grit and actual sand pour out of the bay into my hand. These aren't refurbs, they haven't even been cleaned up let alone refurbished and neither the reseller or N.Egg seems to have any intention of making good. NewEggs response so far offers to sell me (!) a PS 'at a discount'. Epic Fail.

Received with DEAD battery. Documentation said battery wasn't covered by warranty. NewEgg said, "Sorry, not our problem." I've been a NewEgg customer for many years, but this will be my last purchase.

This doesn't deserve one egg, but it's the lowest rating I can give it.

Rating + 4 pretty good deal

shipping was fast. overall I am happy with my purchase. the computer actually has a faster cpu and more ram than was advertised. that made me pretty happy. the computer was in good condition and came with a new non oem power supply. everything worked fine out of the box. it has a fresh install of windows 7, so there were around 175 windows updates to be installed. also you need to go to dell's website and install the updates they have for the computer. after all of that was done the computer performed well and I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this to a friend.

I ordered a laptop from Newegg, and found out later it was from ZoomUSA. I opened the box, plugged it in, dead. Immediately requested a RMA. It took almost a week to get that. Had to pay $20 to ship it back, emailed them about that and was told I should not have had to pay shipping, I never got my $20 back though After 1 month I finally got a replacement which I did not want, (just wanted my money back) and it works fine. The communication was horrible. Had to email them several times to get a response. Asked for tracking number, I was ignored. These guys were not professional, not good at communicating, not good at sending a working product, not good with returns. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BEWARE.

My refurbished laptop arrived in good working order but with a physically broken power supply. I was pleasantly surprised to get a used replacement, then I plugged it into the laptop and the power receptacle in the laptop quit working.
I am on my SECOND request for RMA.

Unit arrived on time, no damage to shipping box. I unboxed and allowed to charge for an hour. I fired it up, and soon after several problems appeared: AC power connection to power brick was very flaky. I had to use duct tape to hold the power cord "just right" to get AC connection. The cooling fan was very noisy, as if the blades were buzzing on something. After about 15 minutes the trackpad got flaky. Hold a finger in one spot and the cursor would dance about. Once it caused a double-click on an application by itself.
E-Mailed for an RMA, twice. Once on 2/19 and again on 2/25. Each time they "promised" to get back to me within 24hours. Still no RMA... waiting.... waiting...

RMA Policy
    ZoomUSA provides a 60 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of product. The warranty date will start from the time your item has been invoiced. We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to return your item instead of using your warranty for repair or replacement you may be subject to a restocking fee. Any buyer remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee,and shipping fees.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
