PJ'sPerformance.com takes great pride in manufacturing and reselling products from the highest quality goods and from the most reputable manufacturers serving the automotive community. Should you have any issues with your product please read the following and proceed:
Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order.
A copy of the order invoice MUST accompany ALL returns and exchanges to be valid for processing.
All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Items showing signs of wear or damage will NOT be accepted for return or exchange processing.
Original shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and duties associated with any return or exchange merchandise.
Missing components or damages MUST be claimed within 5 business days of package delivery date.
All shipping damage claims MUST be filed by Gripforce.com. Please Contact Us as soon as possible so we may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please keep all shipping cartons, packaging material, and components of the order to verify during carrier inspection.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed not in accordance to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos and software cannot be returned for a refund once opened.returned item.

2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
