Rating + 1 Thanks for Worst Online Experience

Use this seller if you want to make sure you do not need to track or actually receive your order! I placed my order 1/10 and chose 5/7 day shipping- this seller created a label to ship the item on 1/18 which was AFTER THE ETA indicated. I tried to advise the seller the item never actually shipped just to get them to respond again with the same verbiage. Now I am here hoping they will hurry up and credit me back the money so I can purchase elsewhere. You would think they would ship the item out and expedite the shipping but no such luck on either count since they keep saying it was shipped already. If they had common sense they would see that "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." means it hasn't been shipped! Spend your money somewhere where you will actually get the item

Rating + 1 Seller sent out Bad Merchandise

I order pack of 10 Duracell D Alkaline battery when arrived i took out of padded envelope that is not damage but the plastic package holding the batteries was cut open on left side open from top to bottom and batteries was all loose in the envelope. I came to conclusion this was not a shipping damage but was cut or ripe open by seller and they decided to sent it out anyway and blame it on shipping. Why was it open by seller ?, i decided to check the voltage on all the batteries they were 1.61 volt(8 batteries),one has 1.58 volt(still acceptable) but last one was .98 volt which no good. This is suppose to be a 1.5 volt battery. Its not worth for me to pay postage sent back the package of 10 for 1 dead battery. I will not be buying from this seller again. Very disappointed on this seller.

Rating + 1 All I can say is rip off!

I ordered the grill and found that it was damaged upon arrival. I contacted the manufactured and they informed me that since I didn't purchase it from Sam's Club, which is the sole distributor of the grill, the warranty was void. After contacting the seller, they want me to send the grill back. This thing weighs in at 88lbs and all I needed was the hood which was bent. Why would you ship a whole grill back for one bad part? The grill was put together except for the hood. You're telling me that you're going to make me tear it apart try to fit it back in the box and send it back to you just for a hood? The manufactured said they would have just sent me the hood but since I didn't buy the grill from Sam's Club, my warranty was void and they couldn't do anything for me. How can you sell something brand new with a voided warranty? Absolutely amazing! I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

RMA instructions
