Never received item and no response to multiple emails sent to Gaiacom.
Newegg also didn't respond to subsequent emails informing them of the situation, other than automated responses.
Never doing business with these people again.
Have been a purchaser here for over 5 years.

5-15 days. It has been over one month, haven't recieved any news on my package. I tried emailing them they responded telling me to go to a link (that was dead). I will never go through Gaiacom again. Newegg needs to stop all business with this company. I understand that it's the holiday season, but Gaiacom hasn't been any help with telling me the status of my package, I've tried contacting them three times now.

Rating + 1 Lost Order

My order was lost.

Perhaps it was stolen, perhaps it fell off the truck, but the Master Cooler never arrived.

I've emailed every address and called every number, but nobody has seen it, and at this point I've accepted the loss and moved on with my life.

I'm not angry with Gaiacom, and a friend recommended the product highly, but since it never arrived I owe it to capitalism to give this a 1 out of 5 eggs.

Rating + 1 Never Again Newegg

I cancelled this order 5 mins after I mistakenly clicked on it. Newegg said they would take care of it, and it would be no big deal. This IMO "Dirty" seller ignored the cancellation and sent them anyways so they could bill me. When I complained to Newegg they were of no help and their story completely changed. I've done 10's of thousands of dollars of business with Newegg, but no more! Newegg your not the only game in town. You lost any and all future business with me over this. IMO DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!!! I was their first sale and hopefully their last. Save yourself the headache an aggravation and go with someone else. THANKS FOR NOTHING NEWEGG....

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
