I contacted this seller twice about a shipment that was taking a long time to even get shipment tracking posted and both times they told me I was being impatient. Very rude and didn't actually answer my question.

Rating + 1 Rate Seller: Lension

The order was not only late but also upon receiving the package there was no information Company information on the return address. The parts came in with no packing list or information of what they were or reference to the purchase order or anything. Just a package with two parts. Nothing we it was a process of elimination to what they parts were and where they came from. I would suggest the seller put some type of packing list when shipping material to it's customers.

Rating + 3 Took FOREVER

I ordered a single internal MoBo speaker. It arrived in perfect working order and does exactly what it's supposed to do (it beeps once when the computer starts up).

However, it took over a month for my product to arrive. I understand that the time frame provided means that they are shipping from overseas (China?) and any items are held in customs until someone sees fit to release them (held ransom?). I was just a little disappointed that it took so long.
On a side note, they did provide a USPS tracking number, but it didn't show any activity until the package had been released from customs, which was well beyond the day they said it would arrive. I thought I had been scammed.

Must be a row boat from China, still waiting on Heat Sink to finish build. Will probably order a different heat sink from different vendor.

Had to email them to ask why my order hadn't been shipped when it'd been nearly three days any they hadn't sent me a tracking number, now I just tried the tracking number they've given me and it doesn't work! I've never had this problem with Newegg so apparently it's just this seller. Newegg, you should drop these guys and no associate with unreliable sellers!
