I've yet to receive the product i ordered, and it has been well past the 15 day shipping time, probably about 22 business days since i ordered it

Rating + 2 Should have known better

First off, don't cheap out on computer parts. I should have known better than to order something from china.
Waited over two weeks and still got no shipping updates. Emailed them several times and all they told me was to "Be Patient".
Demanded a refund and got it, that is about the only satisfying thing about this company, aside from them saying i can keep it for free if i actually even get it.

Rating + 1 Bad Equipment.

The seller sent me a bad display port to HDMI cable that does not work. It came from China to the US. When it got here it did not work. I can not return it because the shipping costs are more expensive than the cable itself. I have replaced the bad cable with one bought from a retail outlet and thrown the cable from Lension in the trash. A complete waste of time and money.

Rating + 1 Displayport VGA adapters

I ordered 20 of these displayport adapter for dual monitor setups at work and eight of them were DOA. Opened one up and half of the wires inside weren't even connected to the cicuit board.

Rating + 1 Slow and rude

When I asked if the company was open on Friday because I wanted to know why the item hadn't been shipped yet I was told in a reply e-mail. "Yes we are open on Friday's... Be patient." which came across as very rude considering I just wanted to know if they were open and if the item was going to ship soon. It turns out that my concerns were well founded. I now have every part for my new computer except for the CPU fan. The fan may be fine once it gets here but it has already been over a week since I ordered it. Order date was 06/27/2014 and today's date is 07/08/2014. I can only hope it arrives today. It may be that it has to ship from father away but I think the response given back in the e-mail could have indicated that rather than just telling me to be patient. What I was, was curious and now I am getting impatient.
