called number provided and no answer for hour. When they did they emphatically said call newegg.
can't use product without powersupply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seller Response:Hi, I show a mesage was sent to us in regards to a missing power cord, we responded and shipped part within 24 hours, I don't show any voice mail messages or calls in out call logs so maybe you called the wrong number. Our phone system will not allow someone to hold or ring for an hour straight so your issue can be only explained by a misdial.

Purchased refurbished 22" Vizio tv from Newegg, fulfilled by Brownbox. The unit came very well padded and packaged. Shipping was fast and the item worked without problems. This was my first outside purchase thru Newegg, but Brownbox fulfilled the order quickly.

Rating + 1 TV came shattered

Ordered a tv and it came quickly so that was good. On the downside the box it came in looked like it was packaged by a gently downsed third grader. a 47" tv was put in a box that could have fit a 70" tv. needless to say at some point it was dropped on a corner where it shattered it and spidered the screen.
Seller Response:Hi, the 47" is shipped in a large box to protect it from shipping damage. Sorry your TV was damaged. I show we filed a damage claim, had the TV picked up and have refunded you.

My purchase of a refurbished TV was a disaster - received a defective TV. However, I was satisfied with the customer service for the return process. The representative was both respectful and helpful.

Rating + 1 Tomorrow will be 1 month w/o product!

I cannot blame the seller for not receiving my 32" smart tv.
FedEx reports my item was shipped to my front door (no signature required) even though I was home the ENTIRE day in my living room, looking right at my front door like a hopeless puppy & never saw any delivery guy.
What I CAN blame the seller for is the three calls I have made to Newegg where they assured me the seller would send me an email, but no response yet. I think a response on a claim should be actioned within a month of the complaint coming in. This is beyond insane!
Seller Response:Sorry about the missing TV. We were only notified about the missing TV once you sent us the message to us directly a few days ago. We filed a claim with FedEx and have refunded your order in full.

Rating + 3 Visio 50" Refurb

I received this in an original shipping carton quickly from BrowBox (B/B) which is located 350 miles from me. The carton was visibly beat to death to the point that I refused to even open it up. Since this was a refurb 50" TV, and becasue of some confusion of me purchasing a 2-year extended warranty, I return this to B/B as per NewEgg and I paid the return freight. B/B withheld $70.50 for a restocking fee which infuriated me. My complaint then to NewEgg was well-served after several days as I was refunded the restocking fee. I was pretty unhappy with how that shipment was shipped even tho' B/B did tape over one of the previous carton damages. Nevertheless, with a large screen TV to arrive is such terrible condition, there was no possible way I was taking my chances with some future electronic problem and no warranty.

Fortunately the item inside the box was in great condition. Sorry you decided to return the item becasue the box was beat up, because the Tv inside was in excellent condition.

Since the item was returned in 100% working order and unopened with no defects we issued a restocking fee. We have since refunded the fee since we did not meet your expection of a perfect TV and perfect box.

Rating + 1 Laptop would not stay on without crashing for more than 30 minutes

I got the laptop Saturday and opened it up Sunday. This laptop loaded up for the first time and the desktop was not even visible. After another restart it shows up but crashed after 10 minutes. The screen artifacted and the PC crashed and restarted again. I figured it needed a few updates and crashed about 4 more times after updating only a few of the recommended updates. I tried to turn it on again and it went straight into the Gateway recovery screen. Needless to say this PC was not thoroughly inspected prior to delivery. This was definitely the worse experience I have had on Newegg.com. I have been with Newegg for almost a decade if not longer.
Seller Response:Sorry the item did not meet your standards. The good news is our technician inspected the item upon return and determined the memory had come lose in shipping and needed to be re-seated. Regardless, we have provided your feedback to the manufacturer for quality control purposes.

RMA Policy
    All product returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RMA) number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns must have original intact UPC barcode and Serial number. All return and warranty terms will initiate on the day of delivery and all return merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of RMA issue.

    Software and Software downloads may not be returned.

    Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. In many cases the manufacturer will offer an in-home repair service when using the term of the manufacturer warranty. This is the most efficient and quickest method of correcting any items with functional issues.

    Shipping Damage: Freight damage covered within our carrier shipping insurance. Please notify us of all shipping and box damage within 48hrs of item receipt so we can contact the carrier to arrange pick up and inspection of the damaged items. Original packaging must be available for insurance inspection at the original address of delivery.

    Fraud: Return fraud such as altered, counterfeit and/or switched product will be prosecuted to full extent of the law.

    Tech Support: When contacting the manufacturer, please be prepared to provide the following information: Date of purchase, Copy of invoice, Serial number and Manufacturer Part Number of the product that you would like to exchange or have serviced.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
