Rating + 1 Don't waste your time

I would not recommend ordering anything from this seller. I made the mistake of doing so without reading the reviews beforehand and I wish there was a more effective means of getting them off of newegg entirely! The shipping # they gave me for the bluetooth mouse I ordered (only $6.76, luckily) could not be found by any delivery services in the US (because they're a company based in China), so I don't know if I will ever receive it. Read the other reviews before ordering anything!

Rating + 1 Received a wrong item.

Item received is not the same as listed. What I received is a Whistle toy. But the item I ordered was "6 in 1 Camera Connection Kit HDMI Adapter for iPad". Not a reliable seller. Worse. I also do not expect Newegg would reply complain on time. Very poor experience. Will file complain with credit card bank later.

Rating + 1 Would give a negative star rating to Happy Club if possible.

NO I would not recommend this seller.
I paid for 2-3 day delivery. It is now day 14 and package has not yet arrived.

Rating + 1 Tons of bad reviews

Numerous bad reviews on products I've purchased of them not working, in specific my most recent disappointment with their bluetooth dongle. Like most people who bought one, it did not work at all. For $3 I can't complain but I will be avoiding this seller for the future.

The product -- SATA Serial ATA Power Cable Converter, was fine. The rating is because it took about two weeks to deliver. Upon receipt I discovered that the Happy Club is in China.

Rating + 1 Very Dissatified

Do NOT expect this to arrive as expected. standard shipping listed as 10-20 days or you can pay extra for 3-5 day shipping. I paid for the 3-5 day shipping and 10 days later the only thing newegg would do is tell me 3-4 more days it should be there and here is a $1 refund of the shipping. The shame is that it made me give them at least 1 egg. end result is it took 14 days to receive an item with 3-5 day shipping and Newegg could care less.

Rating + 4 Received delivery within fair amount of time

I placed order late on Thursday (eastern). On sunday morning, order tracking reflected status as 'SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA Acceptance'. I don't know if that means that it was 'shipped' from Shenzhen then.

Then on Tuesday morning, status changed to 'ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) - Origin Post is Preparing Shipment'. From what I'd found googling around, I knew this is some sort of point where lot of imported goods go through customs & lot of people seem to complain about delays in this specific Chicago center. So was little apprehensive how much time it get stuck there.

Next day (wed) evening, status changed to 'Processed Through Sort Facility'.. dunno whatever that means.

Took another day and half (Fri noon-ish) when the status reflected the item had arrived at an USPS in nearby town (probably is a hub for USPS). Then on Saturday morning, I got it.

So from late Thursday evening to next Saturday morning -- 8 days to receive item from China. Not bad.

Rating + 1 shipping time is bogus

placed my order. 4 days later they processed ..... paid for 3-5 day shipping. currently 11 days from order date and telling me 3 more days before delivery. if newegg can't trust their sub-sellers then they shouldn't make promises based on what they say. item unseen and I already question the worth and quality.

RMA Policy
    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
