Seller is from South Korea & won't let us return a product even if we have to pay the shipping & 15% stocking fee, keeps trying to negotiate some kind of deal

Rating + 1 Horrible/abomination

The company that sells this monitor is the most horrible company I have ever had to deal with. The monitor was sent to me DOA. I went back and forth with their "customer service" for 2 weeks! Yes I said 2 weeks. Because they don't respond but for every other day with one stupid question at a time.

Bottom line is the freaking monitor does not work. (I tried it on 3 separate computers) All working computers mind you. I am an engineer/machinist who owns my own company, I think I can plug in a dang monitor. They finally asked me to return it. So I did. 2 more weeks goes by with no contact, I emailed them 2 days ago, now they say "oh sorry it got here awhile ago and it works" that is a load of crud!!! I'm peeved if you cant tell.

I told them I want a new monitor or a refund but I have gotten neither. Buyer beware, monitor was cheesy any how. Guess I got taken for $160 bucks:(

Rating + 5 Gave me what I asked for

Ordered a pefect pixel monitor, and 4 days later (30hrs waiting in customs) I had my monitor. The monitor was on sale for a stupid cheap price, and the shipping was fast. They held up thier end and did everything excepted. Will be happy to order from them again.

Rating + 1 DOA and impossible to return

Unit showed up well packaged. Turn it on and it turns itself back off in 10-15 seconds - even while in the menu. Not even long enough to switch inputs. Their support keeps wanting to know pointless stuff (whats the video card when it's not even connected yet). Then claims that everthing is normal (it's supposed top just shutoff in 10-15 seconds). I've dealt with monitors for 20+ years and I'm aware of auto-power down, but not while actively using the menu.

They are impossible to communicate with (you can tell something like Google Translate at work) and regardless of the problem or test results, they keep saying "it's supposed to do that".

I'm sure a working unit is great and would love to have one. But their support is like yelling at a wall.

I ordered a "pixel perfect" monitor and received one with dead pixels. I think they took more of a guess to actually hope it was pixel perfect, but once I contacted them about this twice they offered me a partial refund. That's what makes it seem like they're just taking a gamble and then with the partial refund that makes me wonder if it's not a strategy they use to charge more for a monitor.

Communication with this seller is horrible. I would receive an e-mail and within 5-10 minutes I would respond to it but yet they wouldn't send another e-mail until the following day. So me personally I'll avoid this seller at all costs because I'm thinking if I have problems it's going to take days to get this resolved because of the lack of communication.

Rating + 1 Bad seller ever

I ordered 6 monitors on 6/24/2015 and only received 4 next week. they give me 6 tracking numbers and found two of them were missing on the way. I conacted them on 7/1/2015 and they said they will need to contact ups first and no any updates.I contacted them on 7/6/2015 again and they said they need more days and no any updates again. I contacted them on 7/15/2015 again and they said they will ship me replacements and no updates. today is 7/25/2015 and I still didn't receive anything. What a seller ! What a liar !!!

    "DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products

    DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
    Full refunds are given only in the case of non-functional products.
    If the products work well, shipping cost is non-refundable.

    A new, unopened PC monitor can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.
    However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    An opened PC monitor is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned
    (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund,

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
