Rating + 1 MNW Global gave me the worst shopping experience of my life.

I plugged the monitor I just bought and it sparked. I thought it was the outlet but when I pluged the wire into the monitor it sparked inside the monitor. So I packed it back up ready to return it and then two weeks later MNW Global messages me and says I can get a partial refund. I have called new egg customer service (which is really good by the way) for about two weeks trying to straighten things out with MNW global. They send me another email aking for a picture or video of it sparking for their records. I contacted new egg support and they helped me out again. The most recent email says to make sure it's sparks because if I send it back and the monitor doesn't spark they will charge me shipping and restocking fees. The thing that ticks me off the most is that it is a South Korean plug so it came with a cheap plug adapter for Korean to American plugs. The sparking comes from the adapter they gave me. So when they plug it in South Korea it might be a normal monitor that doesn't spark. I'm not going to buy a new adapter for a product that should be complete when I buy it. I'm not going To keep a fire hazard in my house. In My opinion I think new egg should stop letting MNW Global sell on their market place.

Rating + 1 Sent a broken product, have been no help.

Avoid this seller. I received a broken monitor. The top right corner is completely busted. I sent them pictures showing the damage and I was told to send more pictures. I did and haven't heard a word back. I more or less have a 200 dollar paper weight now from a company that doesn't want to help. I wish I could go back and save that money to put towards a more reputable seller even if it meant paying more.

Rating + 1 Beware! Monitor Compatibility Issues

This monitor is not compatible with many graphics engines. I've never heard of such a thing until I purchased this monitor. Not only does it not work with any of my (4) PC's, the seller will not provide a refund. The seller admitted the wording of the Newegg product summary was misleading and said it would be corrected in the future, yet still no refund.
Avoid this seller. Honesty and integrity are completely missing!
BTW - Newegg takes no responsibility for publishing the misleading product summary and will not assist with a refund. Beware of Newegg also!

Rating + 5 MNW Global did outstanding job.

56 hours from the time I placed my order to delivery at my door. Zero damage during shipping with UPS from South Korea to DFW. Zero defects with monitor. No Dead or Stuck pixels. Would order again when Wasabi Mango adds DisplayPort 1.3 to their next line of monitors. Very Happy with the speed of their order fulfillment.

Rating + 1 Horrible company, never get it right, horrible customer service

Requested return, worked with this company for 3 weeks. Email back and forth so many time. Won't get reply in 24 hours. I was asked for private email information many times.

Scam company. They were playing game to waste my time. Tried to work with them to solve the problem, never get it right. They are not trying to solve my problem but avoiding their responsibility.

I told them to return the item and I will pay for the shipping, they sent a Korean return address right away.

Stay away!

DO NOT BUY! They sell defective monitors!

I bought a monitor from them, it had burn holes in the stand, a separated bezel, scratches and finger prints all over, AND the screen stopped working after 15 minutes of use.

I returned the monitor and company insists it is not broken. They acknowledged the scratches, burn hole, and separated bezel, and claimed that these were insufficient reasons for a return.

This company is selling broken monitors, and cashing in on restocking fees. Sadly, the monitor I returned will be resold to another newegg customer, and that sucks.

This company lies, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Rating + 5 Surprisingly fast shipping.

It took a while to process the order, but once it did, the item shipped fast. I bought a monitor and was surprised at how fast it shipped. Excellent service. The packaging probably could have been better but being that the company is international and item probably has to pass customs I can understand why they packaged the item this way. The sides of the original manufacturer box was exposed (the item is still in the original manufacturer's box sealed). Basically you can see the original manufacturers box on the sides to read the package contents. I have not dealt with any customer service issues so cannot speak to that. The buying experience for me has been without issue.

Rating + 1 I wish you could give zero eggs!


I bought a monitor (QNIX QX2710) from them two months ago and am STILL trying to return it! The monitor is not compatible with my video card and I bet it is ONLY compatible with the ones they list as "recommendations". First they are very slow to communicate and then they make you go through their diagnostics for them. When they determine it is not defective, which I bet they always do, they tell you to use it on another computer or to but a graphics card to use with it. What ever happened to PLUG-AND-PLAY? Then after two months of back-and-forth they finally agree to return it for a 15% restocking fee (reasonable) and shipping through their FedEx account for the astronomical price of $175 ! ! ! ! It'a a $240 monitor! I have sent them a second request for their return shipping address and copied NewEgg support (The Best!) this time since they have not responded to my first request for their shipping address. If you have to pay 25% more from a reputable seller you will be better off than buying from these losers! I bet they even reply to my review and say they have tried to fix my problem with the monitor. The only way they can fix it is to give me the information I requested so i can make a final determination as to whether to return this PIECE OF JUNK or to find a computer to use it on or spend even more money and buy another graphics card!

Final thoughts about this "Marketplace" vendor to NewEgg, if you continue to bring such TERRIBLE sellers onto your site and become "PARTNERS", they will kill your business and drive your customers away in short order ! ! ! !!

Rating + 1 Unable to fix defective unit

It's been over six weeks since I received the unit that arrived broken. It had a large area of red in the backlight (roughly 20% of the screen) and they have kept trying to find ways to fix it without outright replacing it but were not able to. I'm just waiting for a final reply of what they want me to do with it before I toss it in the trash. The specs looked great, the unit actually could have been good, but the supplier just hasn't been able to make it right even with attempts at fixing it over many, many email exchanges.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
