The speakers I ordered arrived timely. But they really sound poor, maybe my expectations were too high for $25 speakers. So I requested an RMA, and in response was told not to bother, they would simply credit my card. Which they promptly did. So I am fully satisfied with this vendor.

Rating + 1 They want to play hide and seek, no time for games got a business to run!

My problem wasn't with newegg, but with the seller. My order was lost! The only help I received was wait till Thursday to see if it shows up. This computer is not a toy, it is a tool used in running my business. I can't run a business without the tools. Because of that I went and picked up a computer someplace else and refused the order when it showed up on Friday.

Rating + 1 Such a hassle! Bait and switch - beware!!

Between and "myGoods" I placed an order that was properly advertised, but the product I received was totally the incorrect item. After much hassle and many emails (because their phone greeting sends you in circles and is wasteful), they basically credited me back my money and had zero intention of replacing my item with item I originally ordered, as originally advertised. A total bait-and-switch scheme with terrible customer service. Too many details to type out... this customer is no longer a fan of either seller!

Rating + 1 Stay away from My Goods

Marketplace seller "My Goods" send me a cancellation email claiming there was a listing error. They still kept the item shown as shipped, so newegg billed me for it. Hopefully newegg will refund me. "My Goods" should be dropped from marketplace.

Rating + 1 Again, Awful Service - TWICE!

For the second time I ordered something from this sad company and they again, after a week of waiting, without warning refund my order, no product shipped, and then wait a few more days to give me back my money. Unbelievable.

This might be your chance to avoid a high priced ticket. I don't intentionally speed, but sometimes it creeps up to the point of getting a speeding ticket if you were caught. If you get a warning noise check your speed and slow down if needed.

Rating + 1 Awful Customer Service!! DO NOT BUY

After waiting a week for my order they at the last minute decide to "refund" my order then tell me on the phone that they wont even honor the price they sole me the goods for, and that I need to pay them more in order to get the item I already purchased! After talking on the phone with them trying to understand what happened, they simply hung up on me. These guys need kicked off NewEgg.

We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact to request return authorization for you order. Please include your order number in your email for reference. After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.

    Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a15% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. Limited Goods will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer. All returns without the proper authorization from Limited Goods are subject to return to buyer.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
