Take notice of the horrible reviews online for this seller -please!! - I wish I had. Order placed 8/27 . Delivered 9/6 but they sent me totally wrong items and I had to fight for a week just to get an RMA to return them after threatening them with legal action. I finally received the RMA and they received the item back 9/15 I am still waiting for my refund. After using the web to shop for over 10 years, this was probably my worst experience - stay away from this seller!!!

Rating + 1 Rip Off seller

I order a Brother LC205 3pk of ink. I received an LC203C cyan ink cartridge. I requested an RMA but have not received an answer after 1 week.

I would not purchase from this vendor again.

Rating + 1 Delayed shipment, slower shipping speed than paid for.

I'm sure the product will arrive in good working order, but it is unacceptable to purchase a product with an advertised shipment timeframe/ speed and then have an anticipated delivery date over 1 week past the desired time, especially when relying on component deliveries for customer workstation builds.

ordered 6 days ago, was told it would arrive yesterday...never they say 6 more days....THE WORST...cheaper on amazn and they usually deliver when stated.

It took them 2 weeks to send a 100' Ethernet cable to Dallas. Ridiculous. All customer service said was to "just wait". Not service, just excuses. I will never buy from these people again. They make newegg look bad.

Buyer beware if you have a problem with your marketplace purchase newegg will not help you with it , you have to go through the business that sold it on newegg. When my company brokered items from another company we always warranties the item and then got it strait with the company that furnished the product ,so the customer did not have to.

Not exactly a bad seller, bu definitely not a great one either.

The product seems ok, the delivery sucks.

- Took two days to act on the order: I ordered this Wednesday, it was not shipped until Friday.
- Used the lousiest delivery option on the planet, a.k.a. Fedex/US mail.
- The end result: took a week from order to delivery. Shipped from Maryland to a Philadelphia suburb. UPS takes a day.

Not at all what I expect when I order from Newegg. If you are under a deadline, avoid the seller. If you are not under a deadline, look for a price difference to justify the delay.

Newegg, please make it clear when i buy from you and when I don't. You do have competition, you know.

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service (buy from another merchant)

I ordered 6x ML 120mm fans and I was given 1 fan at a time. Once I was given only one fan, I contacted them. They said they would send the rest from a local store. Then 2 days later I get another package with ONLY one fan in it. Now they're out of stock and trying to refund me the difference of 130 dollars, which might I add is 2.62 dollars short. I won't buy from this seller again.

I purchased a sound card from My Goods, and it arrived with the protruding part of the metal panel bent significantly (about a 60 degree bend). The card itself was not damaged -- I was able to bend it back without any issues -- and perhaps this is due to poor handling during shipping, but I would be wary of the seller My Goods just in case. Would have preferred a small box instead of a bubble-wrap envelope, especially for a computer component like this. That said, the card arrived earlier than expected and works just fine.

    We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.

    Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a15% restocking fee. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
