Don't trust these guys, purchased New Equipment, received used in box, giving me the runaround on getting a refund. I wouldn't purchase anything from these people ever again.

I have ordered the Server. When I received it and contacted the manufacturer for tech support. It came to knowledge that server was registered to somebody else, when I thought I ordered Brand New Server. All Major Components System Board and Network Cards were failed. It took almost three weeks to resolve the issued, Manufacturer ever replaced both items and resolved the issues for now. When I contacted the Newegg Customer Service, I was referred to Seller Supply Sale NO RESPONCE FROM SELLER. I would not personally buy the server from this site. Everybody giving cold shoulder about the issue and no body wants to take responsibility, when the payment was made to Newegg not the Supply Sale.

I purchased a product and tried to register it. The serial number was already registered to another party!

Looks like Newegg provides a storefront for this Supply Sale place who then had Element Technology actually supply the hardware.

Not sure where the problem was for a new in box product, and I was able to resolve it with the manufacturer, but this is what turned a 5 star rating into a 2. That's something that would give me pause from purchasing a product not supplied directly by Newegg in the future.

    Return Policy

    All product must be returned within 30 days. In order to process your return or exchange, please email us at Please include your order number, part number, serial number, and reason for the return. A customer service representative will get back to you with the RMA number and the ship to address. Please Do not return your order without an RMA Number as it will not be accepted.

    There will be a 15% restock fee for any unopened, non defective returns. We are unable to accept returns of non-defective opened items.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
