I never received the item I ordered. When I inquired about it, they confirmed shipment but had the wrong name and address. This was part of another newegg order that was filled by newegg and I received it. So obviously the info was correct. A week after letting them know the information was incorrect, still nothing.

If I could give these guys 0 eggs that would be more appropriate. Horrible, horrible, horrible. If you like to receive your items in this century, this is a wrong seller for you. Bought and paid for the item on 03/17/15 and have not received it yet on 05/03/15. So give yourself a favor and buy stuff someplace else. I wish I had read the reviews about this seller earlier.

They sell counterfeit products and are super shady I left a bad review and to hide it they remove the item listing. Its been a month or more and I'm still waiting to resolve this. My item was not only a counterfeit logitech mouse but its not even a working counterfeit item. Total Paper wieght!

I ordered a Logitech wireless mini Bluetooth mouse M235. Had to wait 2 weeks for the thing to be sent from China. Alias longdong. And the losers send me a wired mouse M100. Not even what I ordered. They don't deserve my business. Filing claim for refund. Buying elsewhere.

Rating + 1 Imitation Logitech M305 Mouse

Took weeks to arrive. Ordered two received one. Inquired. Will never get second one. Paid one price per mouse. Received refund on undelivered item. Item currently listed for lower price. My requested adjustment was denied.

THIS IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. It is NOT a Logitech M305. I own one. I like it so much I wanted a couple others. This imitation that I received duplicated the OEM packaging wonderfully including the part where it says, "One battery months of use". On the OEM mouse it has a very clever and challenging to discover release for ONE AA battery. This knockoff has a much more obvious and completely different battery door in a very common location that requires TWO AAA batteries. The paint came with a lump in it which quickly chipped off. Now all the paint is coming off. As an optical mouse it works horribly. The OEM unit is brilliant. This has terrible reading ability and movements. Anyway, NOT AS ADVERTISED. NOT GENUINE. CANNOT RECOMMEND to others.

it has been 33 days-New Egg has been unable to get company-Kingcoo Tech- to answer call,case response, or anything else. Tracking just says DHL-which Suppossedly means US Post, eventually ! I just want mice I paid for over a month ago.Will Never use Kingcoo Tech again.

Rating + 1 Chinese Knockoff

Once I opened this mouse, I knew something wasn't right. From the outside packaging, this mouse appeared to be a like-for-like of a Logitech M305 mouse that could've been purchased off the shelf.

The packaging was a photocopy and even the user manual that is generally a color foldout, was a two page photocopy. I turned the mouse over and knew right away that this was not a store brand product as the door compartment slipped off rather than having a switch that allowed the top of the mouse to pop off. My original mouse used one AA battery and this mouse took two AAA batteries (even though the packaging indicated one AA battery). The batteries included were called "Thumbcell" with Chinese markings.

The outisde of the mouse had foam padding that was already peeling rather than the rubber padding that most Logitech mice have on the sides. The Logitech logo was painted on rather than silk screen.

The mouse worked ok, just a little jerky, so I went ahead & replaced with a store bought.

The mouse turned on for a brief moment, but after that I am not able to get it to work again.

The overall quality of the product is so bad that I'm actually suspicious that this is a counterfeit product. I've purchased this exact model before at Office Depot and a side-by-side comparison of the mouse itself leaves little doubt:
- packaging print quality is poor; paper edges are raggedly cut
- on/off switch design is poor
- the battery cover is hard to get back on once the batteries are in
- the USB dongle is hard to get out -- you have to take the batteries out to get the dongle out
- also runs on two AAA batteries instead of one AA

I would strongly recommend not buying this product and avoiding this seller all together.
