Rating + 1 Worst Seller Ever, STEER CLEAR or lose your money


The pink phone did not work out of the box. It would lock up and you had to pull the battery off to reset it. This happened several times a day for a week. I contacted AG GSM and they said to do a factory reset which i did and it still did it. I had already purchased a $40 screen protector for the phone which was installed which I am losing out on as well. It took them two weeks to send an even exchange claiming they couldn't recreate the issue. When they sent the exchange, they sent the original back of the phone with the new one because it was worn. The reason it was worn is because I had to take the cover off several times to remove the battery to get the phone to work. I called back just to get the cover replaced and not only did they refuse, they had the audacity to claim it wasn't the original back cover saying it had a different nomenclature inside the cover than what was sent.

Rating + 5 Got what I ordered and the tech support I needed

Ordered a phone from them when I received it I realized I needed some assistance on the functions, so I emailed them and they responded me almost instantly with a number to call their customer tech support at a convenient time, so I called. They're able to answer all questions I had about how to use the device. Never before was a online seller I encountered in the past provide this level of Top-Notch customer service! Great product at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work!

Rating + 1 Foreign seller that sells products not for US market

I dont like this seller cause of their way to do business in USA. I dont mind to buy product made for Korea or Japan, but at least I should know that I'm paying for this kind of product. The way the list the items, it looks like they all like the products made for use in USA. I got tricked with a 500$ tablet, which still receives daily messages on Japanese, also ended up buying another power adapter for charging.
If you found a steal deal from this guys, think again before buying cause there is a reason for that. I read some reviews and share their opinion about the seller.

My order for a new HTC unlocked M8 was placed a week ago. This seller has sent NO INFORMATION, tracking number, email or any acknowledgement about the order.

I wonder if this is the was the competition does it ?? !!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Gear watch from them, I sincerely regret it. I opened the box and there was an adapter in it because the watch was not made for use in America. The product box had been previously opened, there were no seals and fingerprints were all over everything and it was dirty. The inside cardboard of the product box had kinks proving that it had been tampered with. The watch turned itself on when the box opened and it was in a foreign language (Vietnamese?). I put in a request to return it, and in the mean time bought one at a local store. That box was sealed and looked very different from the one they sent (there wasn't even a copyright on the one they sent). I fully believe they sent me a counterfeit. I called the seller and the woman was very rude and argumentative, she refused to pay for return shipping and hung up on me. She told Newegg that "it didn't meet my expectations." Fortunately Newegg is reimbursing me for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM ATGSM!!!!
Seller Response:This is actually one of the worst buyer we had for years in the business, she's probably find a better price elsewhere or doesn't like the watch and making a lot of false accusations of us selling counterfeit product to avoid have to pay for return shipping. And made many unreasonable demands both to us and Newegg Representative.

Rating + 1 Fingerprints around the phone out of the box

I received the box with loose seals. when I opened it, I found fingerprints around the phone. some of the finger prints took some time to clean. the phone unlocked but still branded for T-Mobil and the software and apps branded for Telekom. the charger is not US but they sent me a converter!!.The manuals are not in English?? unlike some unlocked phones on other eStores it didn't come with screen protectors. I wish if I didn't got this phone from ATGSM.

RMA Policy
    (1) All returned items must be received within 7 days after the RMA number was issued. RMA number will not be valid after 7 days from the day it was issued.
    (2) All returned items must be in brand new or like new condition with original packaging. Absolutely no damages or scratches, no software modification.
    (3) We keep record of device unique IMEI numbers or serial numbers, if return item IMEI / Serial number does not match our record or in the event we are unable to ID the number due to the software modification, the return item will be deemed ineligible for return or exchange, item will be returned to you.
