Was told I was sent product I paid. We saved every sticker and it clearly states cheaper model. They refuse refunding us the difference.

Rating + 4 Good Price, Good Delivery Time.

I bought a Logitech M570 wireless trackball mouse. Good price, good delivery time.
I'm not sure if it's a factory flaw or an accident happened before it arrived, but there's a hairline crack inside the orbital socket, running from the bottom hole to the forward ball contact. So far, it hasn't impeded the function of the mouse. I don't expect it will be a problem for a while.

Rating + 5 It works great for being pretty inexpensive

My order came in quickly. It was packaged well and they work good for how much you pay for it. I've always used Logitech headsets and never disappointed me.

Note: If you are looking for headsets that have excellent sound quality and bass, I would not suggest these. If you want something that works and will last you a few years, then I do suggest these.

Rating + 3 Performance just shy of expectations

Pros: I received my order inside the prescribed timeframe and in excellent condition.

Cons: While I received a receipt for my order, I did not receive any shipment information. This is a customer service expectation I have for all business transactions (Minus 2 eggs).

Other thoughts: This vendor appears to have a cloudy history when it comes to Customer Service. I would advise a revision of performance or both Newegg and Adorama Camera will lose reliable customers.

I would NEVER recommend this seller to anyone, no matter what the prices are or what they say.

Customers should know they will not listen to you.

Every reply through their "support" takes days to get a response, even though they just scan for keywords and automatically copy+paste responses based on the first they see.
Support is NOT copy+pasting your store page as a support response.
Support is NOT waiting days until an item elsewhere goes up in price to provide a price match at the higher price.
Support is NOT making your customers pay for shipping (both ways if you return it, AND THEN tack on 15%!)

My monitor was not packed at all, it was in its own box with shipping labels stuck to the side. What if someone walked by and took it? They could see exactly what the item was, even look up the price online to see what they could get for it. Just put it in a box, simple as that.

I received terrible service from this seller, I bought an item and before I received it it went down in price on the official Newegg store, they did not respond to my price match request in a timely manner, they waited until the price went up to reply to me, only to have the audacity to try to price match the now higher price. I am just thankful I knew not to trust them, and bought the item separately while it was on sale.
When I tried to return the item, they just saw my reason for return being a declined price match and copy+pasted the same price match spiel as the last response. It was not until I told them to actually READ THE EMAIL that they started to waste my time with the returns process. It took a total of NINE emails to finally get a return address. Maybe they think if they waste enough of customers time they will give up on the refund, or even drag it out past the return window? Despicable.

Companies like this give a terrible reputation to third party/marketplace sellers, this "service" they provide is abysmal, and tarnishes the Newegg brand as a whole. I will not be buying from a marketplace seller again, if you are a marketplace seller reading this, you have Adorama Camera to thank for that.

The card arrived and would not install properly. I emailed the seller and they told me they would refund the purchase and would be selling sending me a shipping label so I could send it back to them. So far, so good. The trick is that they send this nice email telling you they will issue a refund and send you a shipping label, but then they never send you the label and stop responding to emails, no refund. Extremely deceptive and by far the worst seller experience I've ever had on Newegg.

- I will never recommend anyone to this seller.
- They never gave me a tracking number for my item even though I asked for it twice. You're already warned if you don't get one.
- Never received the item.
- Contacted this seller twice to no avail. Bad customer service.

This seller seems sketchy to me. So be careful.

Terribly slow service. I ordered this to be delivered in 3 to 5 days and after 4 days they haven't even provided the pickup company with page information! That's ridiculous.

    Return Policy
    For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

    Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

    •TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned.     •TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.

    •Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.

    •Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
    If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
