Rating + 2 So Close and Yet So Far

The product was shipped timely and package was intact; however purchaser did not receive at his address (home). UPS would not deliver even though purchaser authorized UPS to drop ship at door without need of signature. The purchaser had to retrieve package at a local UPS Access Point where UPS had order not to release to the purchaser though proper and valid ID was provided. With convincing, the UPS Access Point finally released to the purchaser who paid and owned the product.

- From my buying experience with Adorama Camera, I would recommend this seller.
- I made my purchase on a Saturday, I received a Order Summary from Newegg indicating allow 1-3 days for processing. On the following Monday I received an email indicating my order was charged to my account, and another email with a Invoice Summary. On Tuesday I received a Shipping Summery with a tracking number.
- Adorama Camera is on the East Coast, I live on the West Coast, I received my printer on Friday afternoon. The printer came in the original box and was in good condition. When unpacking the box, all the contents were original, with the protective film covering the printer. I sent up the printer, tested it and it worked as expected. My experience with Adorama Camera was positive and I would make future purchases from this seller.

Do not do business with Adorama under any circumstances. They are dishonest and have the worst customer service, completely outsourced. False claims in product description, returned item, no refund, no response. Avoid at call costs.

Adorama is a well known and respected brand in the photography and cinematography world, I have no problems buying from them directly or indirectly through marketplace sites such as NewEgg. Their customer service is always top notch no matter where you purchase from.

No i mean literally part of my Track ball wasent there, my on/off button (Where it should be) has a gaping hole into the core of the frame

    Return Policy
    For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

    Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

    Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.

    Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

    TV Return Policy:
    •TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
    •TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
    Items from the following categories may not be returned:
    •Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
    •Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
    •Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
    •Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
    If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
