Rating + 1 Extremely poor customer service

The package was sent via UPS Surepost meaning UPS delivers to the Post Office and they deliver to the door. I subscribe to tracking emails from both USPS and UPS. I received an email from USPS stating the package was delivered Friday to the Front Desk/Reception at 2:58PM. Also got email from UPS stating it was delivered at 2:58PM. This is a residence, there is no Front Desk. The package was not delivered to this address (which is correct on the order).

I contacted the Seller about this and their only suggestion was to wait a few more business days, that the post office often marks things as delivered before they actually are. They offered to refund my money in a few days if not delivered. They suggested I contact USPS about the problem. Well, I've been on hold with USPS for the past half hour and have yet to talk to a real person.

This seller obviously is too busy to actually follow up on a customer complaint and I would not recommend dealing with them in the future. I know I won't.

Rating + 1 Very Bad Experience

1. Right from the start the shipping tracking number was bogus.
2. When the product was NOT delivered on time, called NewEgg. NewEgg sent an official email to Adorama and me to check the status. No one responded.
3. Now , way after delivery deadlines I am stack with no product, no money, and no possibility to cancel the order, no refund, and no clear understanding how is it going to be resolved.

Rating + 1 Not helpful with my return and the refund that we are requesting due to a laptop that has an issue.

Newegg, Adorama and Dell have all not resolved our issue with the laptop that we just purchased. The wifi on the Dell laptop keeps on dropping and we've reported to newegg. We were told to contact Adorama who in turn told us that they cannot do a refund and was told to contact Dell who then told us that we should contact Newegg.

This is very frustrating because we have been given the run around by these 3 companies.

Rating + 5 Through various orders, Adorama always exceeds expectations

I've done so much business with NewEgg and often through Adorama that if I see an item and it's available through 5 vendors and Adorama is one of them, I always gravitate to them. They ship promptly (often faster then NewEgg), pack properly and disclose any pertinent information such as open boxes. I would highly recommend!

Rating + 1 Absolute Worst Buying Experience on Newegg is Buying from Audorama Camera

It took 8 emails and a call to resolve a simple issue with a nonworking $20 mouse and they still never got it right. It was a USED item listed as refurbished and they didn't even want to own up to selling it to me. They said their records did not match Neweggs.

I had to get the RMA # though Newegg to send the item back. It cost me $1000 worth of my time to get satisfaction on a $20 item - shame on me.

Don't knowingly buy ANYTHING from these people. They are inept, rude and have as much customer service interest in you as a rock.

    For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

    Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

    Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.

    Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

    TV Return Policy:
    •TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned.     •TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
    Items from the following categories may not be returned:
    •Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
    •Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
    •Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
    •Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
    If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
