Rating + 1 Poor service

Horrible service still have not received my product and can't find the same one on your site anymore. Called to see why for almost a week it still said billing information received . Called adorama they said ups lost the product and it would take bussiness days to for them to look into the claim. I ordered my product on 7-25-15 it's now 8-18-15 and no update. When I asked what they were going to do if ups never found it cause they said they would not be sending me a replacement. They said they would refund me my money. I asked them if they could just cancel the order than if I was just going to get refunded so I could at least get a different product somewhere else. They said no. Ups called me and said they were trying to see what happened and asked if they were sending out a replacement I told them no. The statement for my purchase came already and I still haven't received anything from them product, phone call, or email with any information .

Rating + 1 Don't trust the shipping estimates

When I purchased this microphone stand, the seller's page said 5-7 day shipping. Their profile page said 3-5 day shipping. I figured, at this price that's a great deal.

I ordered the mic stand on 7/31. I contacted NewEgg support on 8/09 and they told me to relax and if it wasn't there by 8/11 to let them know.

I told them on 8/11 it still hadn't arrived, and they told me (in very unhelpful terms) that it was a third party seller, and if I didn't want the item to let them know when it arrived. I told them I specifically was upset that the seller was allowed to put 5-7 day shipping when he was dropshipping from China. The rep didn't care.

Did I mention the mic stand came dropshipped from China? It did.

I didn't receive it until 8/18. 19 days total, or if you're like the first NewEgg rep and "we only count business days" 12 business days total. Almost double the original "5-7 day" estimate I was promised.

NewEgg support was unhelpful and the seller lied. I'll never order here again.

sender didn't send to right apartment and usps was unable to find my package. Address on package was labeled incorrectly and my name was written illegibly so they couldn't read it.

I tried to purchase a set of ear buds from adorama through the market place. They sent me a totally different product, and stiffed me for half the postage I used for the return. Not the happy camper!

Rating + 1 Worst costomer Support ever!!

I recently purchased a laptop from this seller and had it fail four days after the first 30 days was up. The Hybrid hardrive in the latop had been damaged so that it did no recognize that the hard drive was there at all even though all it has ever done is sit on my desk. Sadly since the harddrive didnot fail within the first 30 days i was refused help and directed to lenovo support which sadly was not any help as well. Its now been almost a month since my laptop failed and i have still not receive any help from anywhere. I called again today and adorama told me even though they sold me the laptop there was nothing that they could do. I would never buy from them again because they do not handle there clients needs properly and efficently when they have a problem with a product that they sold.

    Return Policy
    For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

    Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

    Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.

    Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

    TV Return Policy:
    •TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
    •TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
    Items from the following categories may not be returned:
    •Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
    •Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
    •Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
    •Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
    If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
