Gave this retailer 4 eggs, because dealt with them before, not from NewEgg, but from there site. Through NewEgg took much longer to get item then through there site. When ordering from there site i received items quick, because Adorama is in N.Y., so am i. All in all for product i bought i am satisfied and packaged well.

Priced at the same level as 1.5TB comparable drives. I didn't need it right away and that is why I chose to buy cheaper from marketplace. Package arrived within 2 days under standard shipping. Everything packed well and as described. Would purchase from adorama.com in future.

Rating + 5 No Issues, Very fast shipping!

I placed the order on Sunday (2/1) and it was on my door step on Tuesday (2/3). Very Fast Shipping! Never contacted the seller but I didn't have to. Item was brand new and in a secure, well packaged box. I read prior reviews about shipping took forever and it might take a few weeks to get here but I wasn't in a rush and took the chance. Saved myself $80 bucks and it was well worth it! 100% satisfied!

Rating + 1 Worst purchase ever.

This was the worst buy I've ever made from newegg. This seller has multiple problems and I'll just give you a highlight of why I will never buy from this seller again...

1. The product I bought was not the product I got. Instead it was a FAR less quality product. The seller even replied stating "they knew" that the wrong product was sent out, but they never attempted to contact me.

2. After emailing newegg about this and contacting the seller they refused to send me the correct product and said to send back the one I got for a refund.

3. They claimed to have sent me a return shipping label to my email, but I never got it. After over a month of about 20 emails involving them and newegg I got a return shipping label.

This experience has made me very weary of shopping from low ranked stores, and I was shocked that they were allowed to remain. The seller should have noticed they sent out the wrong and fixed it.. nope, my time/money to return the product is wasted.

Rating + 5 Maybe I Got Lucky?

I only looked at reviews for the seller after I had already placed my order, and was immediately concerned with the number of comments of items in shipping limbo, lost, etc. My worry was exacerbated by the fact that I had ordered an LED computer monitor—not something one wants in the mail any longer than it has to be, especially during winter. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have my monitor arrive safely via UPS about 4 working days after I ordered it. Maybe I was just lucky, but my experience with the seller left nothing to complain about.

SD card arrived as described. Ordered on a Sunday received on Thursday. Became nervous after I placed my order and saw some of the reviews. No issues what so ever. Item came in small envelope, maybe some people are misplacing their items?

    Return Policy
    For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

    Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

    Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.

    Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

    TV Return Policy:
    •TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
    •TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
    Items from the following categories may not be returned:
    •Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
    •Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
    •Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
    •Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
    If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
