Rating + 1 Maybe I'll get what i ordered someday

Tracking number is no good seems from reading other reviews this company just makes up numbers. Now it's 21 days later and the item i ordered is no where to be found. Need it school so I went and purchased one at the store because who knows if I will ever get this one. I guess i should have looked closer at the shipping on it but this will be the last time I order from Newegg

seller is from china and drop ships from there so takes over 21 days to get it and there was no power adapter with camera..had to buy one from a store so thats another 30 bucks..Overall camera works good so far,easy to use and set up.all auto just download app to phone then turn on and it finds itself on your app then follow app directions..besides no power supply cord and long shipping its less then avg now away days

Rating + 1 Not good and porry communications

1.Tracking number did not work on invoice for package.
2. After getting Newegg involved i received a packed out of the blue with no tracking number to check in 3 week.
3. The package i received only had one charger in it of the three that i ordered.
4. Ather a month and a half of calls with emails and waiting of KingDigital to respond they reply with the tracking number.
5. Order was placed on 12/1/15 it is now 1/21/16 i still not not have 3 working charger.
6. i would be scared to order from these guys again. you may not see your money again nor the parts you order.

I never got the product I purchased. Instead I got this cheap hdmi adapter in the mail. Thanks for taking my money. I really appreciate it. Happy Holidays!

Rating + 1 Unable to give accurate shipping info

I was never told that it would take 15-18 days for my cell phone case to come from China. I reached out to NewEgg customer service on 2 occasions and they were unable to help me. I requested that they contact the shipper and by the time they did that, my case arrived. Poor communication from New Egg

I usually try to find the good in any situation, however this company has me stumped on how I should give a review on the experience I have had with them. Well, on 4/4/15 I ordered a Type C to type A HDMI cable. (Mini to STD) they sent me a STD to STD. I placed a call to Newegg and they initiated a return. Low and behold today (06/8/15) I receive the exact same item as the replacement....STD to STD HDMI cable. Does this company not know the products they are selling? Is there no quality control? Do they not verify what they ship? I really have no choice but to NOT recommend this company. I was required to give 1 egg....My real rating is No eggs...nothing! Others may have had a good experience, I have not. Alas....I shall call Newegg tomorrow and go from there. Maybe the third time really is the charm....doubting it.

i ordered on 4/3, i was invoiced with shipped status on 4/7, i was quoted 5-15 days shipping, on 4/28 i still have not received my order

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
