Rating + 1 Beware this seller

I ordered some items on 5/3, and the package is still bouncing around in transit on 5/27. The package has been in Los Angeles "per the tracking" for the last 11 days, and on one of those days, it said my package was "out for delivery". The problem with that is I'm about 1,000 miles from Los Angeles. I reported the problem to the Seller, and they told me to contact the Post Office about it... Sorry, but it's not my responsibility when the seller messes up the addressing. They need to be the one to contact the Post Office. It is only my responsibility when I am not at the office to receive the package. Shipping was only supposed to take 5-15 days... It's been 24 days and due to time constraints, I've already had to secure another solution for my company's needs.

Hope you have better luck than I did with this Seller if you decide to take a chance.

They're honest, sensitive and anxious enough to make everything right.
Of the four items I ordered, which came from four different places, the one I was most excited about came from China. None of this is their fault. But at some point in it's journey, the item had an encounter with a reject bin. After two weeks completely "off the radar", it showed up at the port-of-entry about 50 miles from my home, then spent a few more days taking a 1000 mile joyride. I picked it up at the post office before it could go AWOL again.
So if you're not in a hurry, they seem to be a great company. But I'll be extra careful from now on, to avoid ordering from overseas.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
