We are Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers and restore previously owned electronics such as laptops and handhelds back to their original fully functional condition. We test all components and perform a fresh installation of the operating system and primary drivers. Any listed addittional software will also be freshly installed. The original battery is typically included therefore we can not guarantee the charge time. A power cord will also be included. These devices will typically have slight signs of wear but they will be cosmetic only and will not affect functionality. We guarantee that all primary components will be working normally out of the box.

Any device that arrives at your location with a defect must be reported to us within 5 days of it's receipt. We will than offer you the option of a return with a full refund or a replacement. We will pay for return shipping. The unit must be returnd in the condition in which we shipped it. If you add or upgrade any software including the operating system you may void our warranty if we discover you have not done so correctly.We reserve the rite to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all items that are found to have been tampered with or that are returned with alterations or modifications that we did not authorize.

Hardware defects that occur during the first 30 days are covered by our standard repair or replace warranty. Batteries are not covered by this warranty. We will either repair your unit or ship you a replacement of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover software that we did not include, or viruses.

We will not warranty any device that has been shipped outside of the continental USA. Any devices shipped to a third party will only be covered by a repair or replace warranty that begins when the purchasing party originally takes delivery.

Rating + 5 Better than expected customer service

My rating is a little late, because I really had nothing to report for quite some time - which is a good thing. Laptops arrived promptly, in the condition described, with the correct software, and operating fine.

After a few months, I began to experience some issues with one of the machines. I contacted the seller, and they quickly helped me to resolve the problems to my satisfaction. In past experience, many sellers would not offer such support.

I feel good about giving them a full reccomendation

I order 2 dell laptops and received both of them within 4 days of my order. Unfortunately one of the screens was broken so I called and left a voice mail. The company called me back that day in less than 2 hours and resolved my issues. I will buy from them again in the near future. Both of my computers worked without any issues and my daughters are very happy with their new laptops.

I received a DOA unit and was concerned that I would have a hard time getting a replacement. Nothing could be further from the truth. In addition to receiving an immediate email response, I received the replacement in 48 hrs. Big thumbs up to the seller!

Rating + 5 HP 2740p laptop

I was worried after reading reviews by others but I pleased to say I had a good experience with this seller and found them to be quick to respond and professional. The laptop I ordered was actually far better than advertised it had 8g ram instead of 4g. HD was 250g instead of 160g. I had to update windows and update the drivers but afterwards touch screen worked great and other then the battery life (which is expected on a refurbished machine) It has been great. They were quick to mail me the missing stylus/pointer. Great company will order from them again. Thanks!

Rating + 2 Okay Laptop, Bad customer service

So I recently ordered a laptop from this seller and upon receiving the product was greeted by a nice relatively clean and fast laptop which was seemingly perfectly functional. The laptop began experiencing some crashes and it was decided that it would be returned for a refund within a 30 day refund period offered by the seller. The seller in response to this request simply stated that it was the user's fault for installing viruses onto the computer.
Various tests by antivirus, anti malware and other virus detection programs showed the computer as completely clean. I told them this but instead of simply taking back the laptop even with their restock fee they refused. I simply wanted it returned but was ignored pushing a "repair" which was not asked nor required.
Again the laptop is fine (minus the crashing issues which was very occasional) but the seller not so customer friendly.
Seller Response:This is an example of a compoletely unfair feedback. This customer held the laptop beyond their moneyback return guarantee period and than refused our offer on a repair. Our warranty DOES NOT say you may use our laptop for 30 days and than return it for a full money back. It says you must report a Defect within the first 5 days for a cashback return but after 5 days and before 30 it is a repair or replace warranty. Despite our repeated explanations this customer is still attempting to force us to accept an out of warranty cash back return. Not fair. We will not do it.

Rating + 5 A Laptop for work not games.

I bought the HP Elite Book just for school work not for gaming purposes. So the Hardware specs were fine for what I need.

I'm very satisfied with this buy it's light and small, with a nice keyboard. 3 usb ports and sata connection which that was a nice surprise.

Best of all is when I got, just windows 7 was installed on it no ad ware or any sponsored software was installed on it.

And how can I forget great customer service It was shipped really fast to my home and when my battery died they replaced it, quickly too.

RMA Policy
    If item is reported as Defective on Arrival within 5 business days of reciept we will pay return shipping and offer a full refund. After 5 days but in under 30 days the buyer must pay return shipping for a repair or replacement. The item must be in substantially the same condition with no software modifcations, viruses or physical damage. After 30 days the warranty is over but we may offer a discouned repair as long as the buyer pays all shipping costs.
RMA instructions
