We are Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers and restore previously owned electronics such as laptops and handhelds back to their original fully functional condition. We test all components and perform a fresh installation of the operating system and primary drivers. Any listed addittional software will also be freshly installed. The original battery is typically included therefore we can not guarantee the charge time. A power cord will also be included. These devices will typically have slight signs of wear but they will be cosmetic only and will not affect functionality. We guarantee that all primary components will be working normally out of the box.

Any device that arrives at your location with a defect must be reported to us within 5 days of it's receipt. We will than offer you the option of a return with a full refund or a replacement. We will pay for return shipping. The unit must be returnd in the condition in which we shipped it. If you add or upgrade any software including the operating system you may void our warranty if we discover you have not done so correctly.We reserve the rite to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all items that are found to have been tampered with or that are returned with alterations or modifications that we did not authorize.

Hardware defects that occur during the first 30 days are covered by our standard repair or replace warranty. Batteries are not covered by this warranty. We will either repair your unit or ship you a replacement of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover software that we did not include, or viruses.

We will not warranty any device that has been shipped outside of the continental USA. Any devices shipped to a third party will only be covered by a repair or replace warranty that begins when the purchasing party originally takes delivery.

Our feedback rating is very important to us so please give us at least two weeks to resolve any issue you have prior to leaving a comment. Traditionally this is the length of time that is afforded to online sellers when something needs to be addressed. We have recently had some very unfair comments that were posted BEFORE the merchandise actually arrived! ( due to tracking number issues that were out of our control). This is why we are now asking for our Newegg Buyers to grant us adequate time so that we may solve your problem. (And we always do). I ordered (Refurbished: HP Laptop EliteBook 8460P Intel Core i5 2520M (2.50 GHz) 4 GB Memory 320 GB HDD Intel HD Graphics 3000) and I am very pleased. The computer did not have any visual blemishes and runs perfectly. It took a while to uninstall some windows 7 components that were not compatible with windows 10, but after the process was done I couldn't be happier with the product for the price.
Seller Response:Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive feedback and for actually writing something. We have over 40 Positive feedbacks that do not appear as the satisfied buyer checked five eggs/stars but did not write anything.

It also bears mentioning that we have now shipped over 4,000 (four thousand) laptops and computer systems via newegg but that the percentage of customers who take the time to rate is very VERY small and so our rating does not accurately affect how many Newegg customers we have shipped to that are satisfed. ONLY the ones that took the time to rate an and write. SO thank you again for your time and we are glad you are happy with your purchase.

Rating + 1 I ordered this 32 Bit computer received a 64 Bit

What I paid for "Lenovo ThinkPad T420 Intel i5 2500MHz 320Gig HDD 4096mb DVD ROM 14.0” WideScreen LCD Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit Laptop Notebook" but received a 64 Bit computer that will not run our software for Medical Equipment. Tracking was completely useless.
Seller Response:We checked your tracking and see this unit arrived today. We also checked our e-mail and see you did not contact us so we could fix this issue prior to you leaving this pre-mature feedback. The 32 bit version of windows HOME is actually a DOWNGRADE from the 64 bit version of windows 7 PRO we gave you for free. Leaving a negative feedback because you "need" the 32 version is rather harsh. We just called and left a voicemail offering to mail you a copy the 32 bit version or to do a free exchange to the same model with the 32 bit version pre-loaded but "got your voicemail". You may call us at 770-369-0536 and we will make this rite. However Online buyers should not be so hasty to leave a negative feedback against a reputable online seller without first notifying the seller of a concern and than second giving the seller at least 24 to 48 hours to respond. You did not do either. We are confidant that we will fix this issue quickly and that you will see fit to remove this comment.

I ordered a laptop from this seller on Dec. 13th as a Christmas present for my daughter. Due to a mistake in shipping, it was accidentally sent to another customer. It was only three days before Christmas when this was discovered. In a panic, I called the seller after contacting Newegg. The seller knew my name immediately and was already working on the problem. He sent me out a replacement, Next Day Air, and it arrived the morning of Christmas Eve. He really saved the day for me. My daughter was super stoked Christmas morning. It really would have been a bummer had it not made it. I really appreciate customer service at that level and I guarantee that the next computer I purchase will come form here and that I will recommend this company for a long time to come. Do not hesitate to give them your business and rest assured they will tackle any problem that may arise.
Aside from the excellent customer service, the computer was a great product at a fantastic price. It was packaged securely and has performed admirably.
Would it have been the end of the world if my daughter had to wait a day or two to get her new computer? No. She's a great kid and would have understood. Was it awesome to see her face on Christmas morning when she received the computer she wasn't expecting? Yes, it was and I thank these gentlemen profusely for making it happen, and at a fair expense to them, to boot.

At first I wondered where it was since I was unable to get any tracking information. I emailed and got a very prompt response regarding the shipping. The laptop came a day or so after I had emailed. Everything is as advertised, came with an original charger that seems to work just fine.The battery life is quite good for a laptop of this age. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this seller. Thanks very much!

RMA Policy
    If item is reported as Defective on Arrival within 5 business days of reciept we will pay return shipping and offer a full refund. After 5 days but in under 30 days the buyer must pay return shipping for a repair or replacement. The item must be in substantially the same condition with no software modifcations, viruses or physical damage. After 30 days the warranty is over but we may offer a discouned repair as long as the buyer pays all shipping costs.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
