We restore previously owned electronics such as laptops and handhelds back to their original fully functional condition. We test all components and perform a fresh installation of the operating system and primary drivers. Any listed addittional software will also be freshly installed. The original battery is typically included therefore we can not guarantee the charge time. A power cord will also be included. These devices will typically have slight signs of wear but they will be cosmetic only and will not affect functionality. We guarantee that all primary components will be working normally out of the box.

Any device that arrives at your location with a defect must be reported to us within 5 days of it's receipt. We will than offer you the option of a return with a full refund or a replacement. We will pay for return shipping. The unit must be returnd in the condition in which we shipped it. If you add or upgrade any software including the operating system you may void our warranty if we discover you have not done so correctly.We reserve the rite to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all items that are found to have been tampered with or that are returned with alterations or modifications that we did not authorize.

Hardware defects that occur during the first 30 days are covered by our standard repair or replace warranty. Batteries are not covered by this warranty. We will either repair your unit or ship you a replacement of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover software that we did not include, or viruses.

We will not warranty any device that has been shipped outside of the continental USA. Any devices shipped to a third party will only be covered by a repair or replace warranty that begins when the purchasing party originally takes delivery.

Seller does not communicate. If you have an issue, you will not get it resolved. Do not purchase anything from this seller.
Seller Response:This customer left a negative feedback because his powercord was missing from his box. We also have had issues with our e-mail system so it took 48 hours instead of 24 to send him a powercord. We have resolved this issue and are asking this customer to remove this rather harsh feedback whcih is not appropriate for what amounts to a missing powercord which may not be our fault.

Ordered a Lenovo Refurb. Great price, sat shipping. Laptop arrived damaged - probably shipper - because the package looked squished. Contacted them. they sent a replacement ASAP, without going thru the hassle of filing a claim with the shipper!! As a Newegg Expert reviewer, a long time Newegg customer, this level of service, where I talked to a real human, who took care of the big problem correctly - offered me several options - sent a pre-paid UPS Return label, which I didn't need. WOW. 5 STARS !!

I would order from them again. Good job. Thanks.

Rating + 1 Terrible Company

List of issues:
1. Fake tracking number from Fedex
2. Item arrived after I got NewEgg involved. UPS shipping
3.Wrong operating system / couldn't activate.
4.Microsoft office 2007 was never installed on it.
5.In device manager / over 8 drivers where not installed.
6.Zero support from company.(numerous emails and calls).

I had to reformat the laptop and put the correct operating system on it so I could use the supplied COA certificate.

Purchased a Microsoft Office to install on it.

So after I spent over $100.00 of my own money and another 6hrs. of reinstalls and tracking down the correct customer that I bought this for was satisfied weeks later.

This Atlantic company is impossible to deal with and should be avoided at all costs.

I wish there was a zero egg rating for this company.

I will put this behind me now.

As always ...thank you NewEgg for stepping in and at least getting my purchase to me.

I ordered 28 refurbished laptops from 3 different sellers. The laptops I ordered from Atlanta Electronics arrived on time and in good condition. Unlike some of the other refurbishers, their laptops didn't have a single issue.

I bought a refurbished laptop from this seller. I was not satisfied with the performance of the hardware and asked for an equivalent replacement. The seller was completely professional. After a couple attempts to resolve the issue, I was able to return the laptop and had a replacement in a week. I would do business with Atlanta Electronics again.

Bought a lower end Dell for my Dad as he wants to start getting more familiar with using computers and software, laptop came quick and on time, and had office 2007 installed which is awesome! Dell was refurbished but looked brand new very happy with my purchase threw newegg and Altanta Electronics, like always.

RMA Policy
    If item is reported as Defective on Arrival within 5 business days of reciept we will pay return shipping and offer a full refund. After 5 days but in under 30 days the buyer must pay return shipping for a repair or replacement. The item must be in substantially the same condition with no software modifcations, viruses or physical damage. After 30 days the warranty is over but we may offer a discouned repair as long as the buyer pays all shipping costs.
RMA instructions
