Says SHIPS FROM UNITED STATES. Ordered usb cable. Top of page says ships from United States. Got Tracking number and to my surprise.... IT'S IN CHINA. So here I sit waiting for who knows how long.

Rating + 1 Plastic Front Windshield Washer Sprayer Nozzle

Product was a piece of junk/sprayed only at bottom of windshield/loose fit in hood/hose end points in wrong direction/two spray nozzles instead of three like the ones i took out/only good thing about them was quit shipping/do not waste your money on this product

Newegg didn't make it clear it was coming from China. It says shipping 5-7 business days and take well over 2 weeks. Newegg should make it clearer that product is shipping from China

Rating + 1 Scam. Dishonest. Deceitful. Awful.

I bought little power jacks to replace the one that had broken on my laptop. I can understand how long it takes to get from China but they sent me the wrong parts. But it gets worse. I RMA the parts and they issue the RMA number and I send them to the correct place in Nowhere, Kentucky and even get a tracking number and track it the whole time. Fast forward two weeks later and I still have not received a refund. I contact Newegg support. They send an email directly to the company and CC me to it. No response. Now here it is over a month after I sent in my product, I'm out the money for the product AND THE SHIPPING TO HAVE IT REFUNDED! No response. No refund. And now my RMA has expired. Shame on you!

Rating + 1 This seller sent me a damaged product and hasn't returned an email to me. It has been 2 weeks so far

I wouldn't purchase anything else from them. They don't even have the courtesy to email me back and explain themselves. Or help with the issue. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. At least I didn't spend to much on my item. The suppose to be sealed package was opened and the item wasn't even put back in the package correctly. Open and hanging out. What a mess. Maybe someone else returned it? Then they shipped it to me. I don't know because they won't respond.

    Basic Criteria:
    All returns must include the following:
    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or
    customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your
    return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be
    requested within (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling
    fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be
    refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", DSI will
    refund the amount of sale.

    (2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to,
    original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until
    the part is received.

    (3) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the
    item is defective/ damaged. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
    (4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in
    strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy,
    the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and
    processes your return. XXXX will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
