Rating + 1 Order sent to incorrect address, customer support email from NewEgg ignored by seller.

The order was placed through NewEgg to hakkatronics Marketplace. Upon checking tracking information I realized that my order was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted NewEgg via telephone and the customer service representative emailed the seller and copied the email to me as well. After more than two business days the seller had not responded to the email. I called NewEgg again. This time the representative gathered my information and forwarded it to the Marketplace support team to handle the issue. He was not able to issue a refund at this that time and stated that the seller must be given another opportunity to respond prior to issuing a refund. I called the telephone number for the seller that he provided and the call was not answered. The voicemail sounded like a generic cell phone service voicemail greeting. Considering my order has been confirmed as delivered to the incorrect address, and the seller failed to respond to an email from NewEgg on my behalf, I feel that I'm due a refund immediately, but I have no choice but to wait longer. I am very displeased with the handling of this error and have lost faith in the Marketplace options through NewEgg. I have shopped with NewEgg for over a decade and have been very pleased in dealing with them directly, but I feel like NewEgg should exhibit more authority over this Marketplace seller when the seller has handled my order and customer service issue so poorly.

Rating + 1 Useless, Unresponsive Supplier!

Unfortunately I can't give the supplier a zero rating - 1 star is too high! All 5 of the LED 40W equivalent Neons were defective. Supplier did not bother to get in touch with me or even Newegg for a return/refund. Would have been a great deal if even 3 or 4 of the lights had worked. Otherwise a total wash-out! DON'T bother with ordering from them!!

so have had quite a few bulbs go bad a couple shortly after use, and their customer support never responded back. The light on the ones that do work is very good, but will not buy more due to no support and iffy product quality.

Rating + 1 Can't get response from vendor

Hakka 10 X E12 3W LED Candle Bulbs Candelabra Soft Warm White Light - 3000K AC85-265V, Golden Sharp Crystal Type - 25W Equivalent
Purchased these LED candelabra bulbs - were delivered quickly. Two (2) were defective. I contacted Newegg for instructions to get replacements.
I called but "I'm sorry the person you are calling has not set up a voicemail box". I sent email over two weeks ago explaining my problem and have not heard from them. IU don't want a refund, I just want the defective bulbs replaced.
Fro this experience, I cannot recommend them at all.

Rating + 1 Poor Quality - Poor Service

Received package very late. One bulb was in broken condition. Another did not work. Almost all have a crack on the top side. They all look like they are used. Most of them have scratches on the base and/or smudges & scratches on the glass. Overall they are of very poor quality.

Provided feedback and requested refund. Seller has not refunded money or contacted me with a solution.
Seller Response:Nerver got any defective details proof, just ask for the refund!!!

Rating + 5 Nice price, nice light bulbs

I am very pleased with the LED light bulbs which I ordered from hakkatronics Marketplace. They arrived pretty quickly, they work really well and the price of the box of six bulbs was extremely attractive, though I notice it has gone up a fair bit in the few weeks since I purchased them.

I purchased some LED tubes (to replace fluorescent tubes). This seller promptly answered a question that I had prior to the purchase, and the product shipped quickly and was well packaged. I plan to purchase more LED tubes through them soon!
