Ordered a iPhone 6 Plus case from them 5 days ago. It was shipped and delivered really fast. Price was fantastic. Free shipping on product. Would use them again in the future without a doubt.

Rating + 1 Selling mispackaged phones

Tried to buy 2 Galaxy s4 i337 (aka GT-i9505)phones (4G capable). Techsaurus actually shipped 2 phones in GT-i9500 boxes (only 3G capable) in a Priority Mail card stock envelope. It ripped in shipping, Seller claims a sticker on GT-i9500 box saying it's an i 337 makes it an i337. Ask seller to prove which phone was in the box before I opened it and risk his 10% restock fee for an opened box but seller would only offer the following statements as proof. "That's what I bought" or "no one else has a problem!" or "I've sold over a hundred". I gave seller numerous opportunities to explain what was going on. Seller would not check his stock or give me any reason for the discrepancy. Newegg even asked him to ship an i337 phone in i337 packaging but seller refused. I returned the phones unopened. Took almost a month to get money back. Newegg had to get involved again! If you bought one from this guy, verify you got the phone you paid for. Google the model numbers and check images yourself

Ordered grey case for iPad mini, but got Black. Seller sent replacement immediately for free. Because of the price I was skeptical at first as to whether they were authentic Otterbox cases. I have verified, they are indeed authentic cases. If you need an iPad case at a great price, this is the place to get it. If you have a problem with an order, send the seller an email, he's quick to respond. Just be sure to check your junk mail, as I received my replacement case before I had seen the email response.

They send me a refurbished cellphone, I pay for the return but the people from newegg help me a lot to get all the money back
Seller Response:We did ship the wrong phone and accept full responsibility for our error and Apologize. However, we refunded every penny. This person didn't realize we authorized and completed the refund, not newegg. We will always do our best to fix our mistakes. Happy New Year.

I know this seller is a newcomer to Newegg so I wanted to make sure I left a review. Ordered a Samsung S4 in the afternoon Dec 10 and received it two days later. Product was as described. I have to admit I was very skeptical about ordering a phone online as reading reviews about other sellers had me wondering if I'd actually get a new phone as described or be mortified that my gift for someone was a disguised refurbished deal. My fears were relieved and I will be using this dealer in the future for my phone purchases. Great price, products and service = trusted seller

I'd definitely go with them again. TECHSAURUS sent me the wrong case (for the iPhone 6 Plus instead of the iPhone 6) but when I emailed them about it, they replied within 15 minutes to tell me they'll send the right one immediately. They also made a way for me to return the incorrect case to them with me paying for shipping.

This seller is very rude in emails. Better away from him.
Seller Response:We never received any calls or emails from this customer. He got his Otterbox 2 days after ordered. Notice there is no complaints about the item, it's price or it's ship speed. I truly do not understand why this person would call us rude. Please read all our other feedbacks, many of which speak to our dedication to customer service and the fact you can actually call and speak to someone. We are anything but rude here. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the service I received from TECHSAURUSLLC, ordered a pair of Razer headphones, received them in the mail three days later. Despite the headphones being damaged, TECHSAURUSLLC responded to me via email in a timely fashion and has informed me of my replacement set being mailed on Monday. Low prices, great service, can't be beat. And, who doesn't love their name?

We ordered an iPad case that was $12 cheaper than elsewhere. I was expecting to wait a week or so for delivery but it came in two business days. We were pleasantly surprised!

RMA Policy
    We do not charge a restocking fee for any defective items or items that missed their deliery date. There is a 10% restocking fee only for items you opened, used and simply do not want any longer. We have a no hassle return policy. You can return an item for any reason except user damage. You can get a refund for 30 days after invoice and a replacement of defective items for 45 days. After that period, you would need to contact the manufacturer of the item(s) for standard warranty service.
RMA instructions
