Rating + 5 said it was new but it was for a refurbished one but know big deal to me I just said I'll take the refurbished one I could not beat the price I had no problems with my order

We ordered 3 sets of speakers but we got ONE subwoofer instead. It's a GREAT subwoofer but we need what we purchased.

We ordered 21 sets of speakers but only got 12 sets of speakers (Some one may be dyslexic). After contacting the seller they simply replied,"Hello Sir we have already shipped your products" and also information on how to return the product. I don't want to return the product. The product is fine. I just need the 21 sets we paid for. We were shorted 9 sets at about $500.

    • Return product must include RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)..

    • Return Product must include UPC number on package.

    • Returned item must have original packaging.

    • If product is not like in new condition 11th Street Electronic has right to refuse to replace or give back money or may charge a restocking fee for the product depends on condition.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
