Standard Return Policy
• Money will be return by same process as it was received like same credit card, debit card, using same paypal account.
• Return product must include RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)..
• Return Product must include UPC number on package.
• Returned item must have original packaging.
• Must include all relevant item like manuals, packaging materials, adapters
• If product is not like in new condition 11th Street Electronic has right to refuse to replace or give back money or may charge a restocking fee for the product depends on condition.
• Product is not like new condition could be, but are NOT limited to :
• Damaged or lost original packing material
• Opened software or media Items
• Heavily used items
• Installed items
• Product has any kind of scratch , mark, any broken or missing part
• Copyrighted materials cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law. Such as sample libraries, style disks, sound expansion boards, and software (which may also include software bundled with hardware).
• Any kind of loss or damage during ship back process to 11th Street electronic will be bearable by customer.
• If serial number doesn’t match with the one 11th Street Electronic originally shipped.
• Customer will bear ship back charges to 11th Street Electronic.

• Our given shipping charges are within all the continental 48 United States .
• Need extra charges to get your products to PO Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam.
• We take aditional charges to ship products Internaionaly (including Canada).Any type of cutomes, Tax or import duties -customer are responsible for these charges.
** When we will receive your product, we will confirm you viya email or call back to your given number .

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
